Dunkin' — Restaurant in Columbia Township

I’ve had enough after going here every day for two years I simply can’t go here anymore they’re rude malicious horrible service, for example they always give out cold food not warmed up all the way and they’re drinks are not correct at all you to a different Dunkin and it’s actually the real deal for example they made my daily drink and put no flavoring in it only one swirl for a whole large and a small gets atleast two just being vindictive I came back through the drive threw btw because the lady upfront is the rudest meanest customer service I’ve ever witnessed and she still kept her job even though the owner told me they were sorry and she had lot of complaints on her I do not know why she ain’t fired any I get my drink back and I tell them there is no flavoring and when. Asked them to fix it they said mmhmmm handed me a new one and it was absolutely undrinkable they put so much flavoring in it that made me sick had to spit it out straight being malicious no point in this there is so much more that they do on a daily basis I have no idea how they...

I go to Dunkin every single day and have ordered the same drink for years. This location is the only one near my worksite and every lunch break I stop here. I have no issues when I go through the drive thru, the workers in the back are always nice. Each and every time I have went inside there is an older woman who works the front who is extremely rude. Today I knew my drink wasn't made right (it looked like a cup of milk with ice) I nicely asked her if she could fix my drink and she rolled her eyes, yanked the drink from my hand and stated "Do you work at dunkin or something because I know what I'm doing here." I kindly wanted my drink fixed before heading back into work and wasting money. She took the exact drink and added what looked like a pump of syrup and handing me back the same drink that tasted like straight milk and had what looked like coffee grounds all in the bottom of cup. I have worked in customer service for years and understand it's not always easy but there is no excuse for someone to be so rude each and every time you go inside...

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and this is my second time here. The first time I received terrible service and attitude but I didn't leave a review because I have worked in restaurants and sometimes you just have a bad day. But it happened again. Same 50ish black lady with an orange Bob wig who should not be working in customer service. She scowls at you, at all people as they walk in the store actually. No smile, talking to me and rolling her eyes as if she hates her job. When I order a donut she snaps if I don't get the type right, even though not at donuts are labeled and very few types are even for sale.

The vibe is here is " I hate my job. Customers annoy us. Please just go." We sat down both times to eat and she scowled and was short with other customers too. Please tell these folks this is America. They can get a different job if they hate the one they have. I will drive another 15 minutes or to a different donut shop next time.
