No option for minus stars?! I absolutely do not recommend this place! The dough boy cussed me out, (now known as the owner) 🤷♀️ because every attempt I made to ask about an online order, I was ignored. It's very clear that online orders are made last and walk-in orders are priority! It's very clear that I was discriminated against and felt a sense of fear for my safety when the he came from the kitchen screaming at me with his finger in my face, I had to back up because in all honesty, one never knows when another is on the verge of snapping, and that's exactly the way this guy appeared! This was my first time visiting and my last time! I have filed a complaint with the company I'm contracted through, to investigate this matter fully!
Nothing about this establishment was appealing except for one young lady that appeared to be doing everything!
And to the owner, you cussed me out, I see nothing but a downward spiral for this business.
Noone wants to pay money to a business that's not even in order. Your staff isn't and most importantly, you aren't either ...
Side note: Here's how you, as a business owner could've prevented any confusion, miscommunication and disagreements without using profound words, while storming through the area:
You could've assigned someone specifically for that area in which no one was!
You could've made time (like you did to cuss me out) to come out of of the kitchen to briefly tell me & the rest of the customers waiting, that the orders would be delayed. We can handle that!!
You as a business owner should know how to deescalate any and all confrontations.
Instead, I was addressed as BRO, throughout your temper tantrum..
Don't try to flip it here, I stayed patient for the longest time, rang the bell and you got upset because you wanted too..
And since you found time to reply to my review, apparently you haven't had time to address the other 1 star reviews, paying customers.. 🤷♀️
I DO...

One waiter looked at the ID, stormed off when we said we were calling the police, after which he threw the ID at our friend. He goes back behind the bar and sends the second waitress who told us “my manager thinks it’s fake,” when the manager had not even come to the table. The police officer who later confirmed the ID was real told us that Mcnally’s has “their special crowd,” that it wasn’t worth fighting to get served, and advised us to go elsewhere. I advise you do the same.
Update: apparently this is not an uncommon experience and people have reported being physically assaulted by the manager in the past. We called in the morning to discuss what happened and they hung up on us. We asked for the owner and they refused. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but McNally’s, interestingly, does not show up. Like I said, give your money to another business, preferably that treats their customers with some respect and has outlets for customers to...
Read moreI drove 2.5 hours to see my bestie in Columbia on a Sunday night. The weather was unfavorable. Once I arrive we started calling for takeout food. It was mission impossible as restaurants close the kitchen at 9. With sad eyes from all starving parties, I called McNally's. A gentleman answered the phone and with a plesent voice said, "Our kitchen is open till midnight." Cheers erupted and digital menus were flying open. He took our starving travler order with excitement and told us 30 minutes. We sent 2 people to get the food and when they came back they even had the Sunday special pizza that we thought was unobtainable. It was high fives all around and it let the cross country gathering of friends that was 2 almost 3 years delayed from Covid shutdowns have good food, friends, and memories for a moment. Thank you guys for all the priceless memories from just being open and wonderful. I'll always come back when...
