Last night we witnessed a patron of this establishment behave extremely rudely when the wine shops internet was preventing the bartenders from running customers tabs and one of the two bartenders was trying to get the problem fixed with the internet company. Not only was he rude, but he jumped up and down and was waving his arms like a small child wanting attention. The individual was the previous one star review by a Mr. Burns. He was jumping around and waving his hands wanting service despite the obvious issues going on. Myself and others waiting were discussing his behavior and how horribly he was treating the staff who were doing the best they could with an unfortunate hiccup. Tried to switch out for a different glass and was still charged for the wine. Step up your house wine options, and maybe go away from boxed wine. at least tell people it’s boxed wine. I have not had a decent glasses of red wine from a box. Here’s a much better option: Apothic Red as your house red, you make 21 dollars profit for a decent glass of wine and you can feel decent...
