Arby's — Restaurant in Columbia

I just came through here and look I love the food I understand whole heartedly being understaffed I always try to be patient understanding and respectful I just spent over 50 dollars here on food came home realized that I was missing two double beef cheddar sandwiches they’re not cheap ! So a little annoyed as anybody would be I drive back to get my two sandwiches I was missing had my receipt the lady that helped me was very nice the younger guy making the sandwiches says loudly I don’t see how that’s possible but okay I’ll make them again and I seen him slamming the sandwiches around for one kid this food was for my son who’s 12 so I pray for you didn’t do anything foul for two why would I spend over 50 dollars come back with a bag full of cold fry’s and food nothing touched with a receipt but it’s not possible!? I don’t feel like well why is it that I’m spending money here and being treated as a burden I usually cook at home but me and my son love to have Arby’s here and there it’s sad how customer service is now again I understand people are understaffed and dealing with alot but they were not busy I had no reason to lie now I’m sitting in my car with cold food wasn’t offered fresh fries now sitting here upset not even hungry anymore and have to heat up my sons food because of what ? Because people simply do not care anymore like I said I get it and I respect everyone but it seems you just don’t get the respect back I’ll. Probably never go back that was extremely upsetting the kid making the food at this location with long dark hair and chains all on his neck with earbuds in shouldn’t be working there if he can’t see that he makes mistakes don’t make a mistake and blame someone else please do better people are working hard and spending money this isn’t fair now I have cold food and I’m not...

I ordered in the drive thru, I clearly said I wanted a #6 large with a sweet tea, (order taken by a man). I get to the window, a woman ask, "you had a double beef cheddar?". Yes, I reply, my order comes to $13 and some change. I asked why my order was so high?? She said the mint chocolate milk shake! No, I didn't order that. YES YOU DID, I JUST ASKED YOU AND YOU SAID YES?! She proceeded to argue with me, she called over a manager and tells him I said I did order it but now I'm saying I didn't! The window was wide open and she was acting like I wasn't even there! I told them to cancel my order I was leaving, the manager starts getting rude! The actual man that took my order was standing there and she starts blaming him! I asked the manager for his corporate phone number, he tells me he don't have it. I politely asked again and he finally tells me he will get it for me. I was given my money back, with no apologies. I just drove away. I really should've left it at that but my daughter says how she really was wanting a roast beef sandwich, so I let her go inside to the counter to order. Well, she comes out telling me how the two women at the counter are arguing and the manager and the drive thru woman are still arguing! We seen two people walk out mad, shaking their heads and fussing. I rarely go to Arby's, but rarely just turned into never again!! I'll be calling the GM in the morning and the Corporate office! I'm sure I won't be the only one complaining tomorrow!! Horrible...

It was a late Friday night (every one hungry and in a hurry!) There were probably 8 to 10 people there.I was about 4 in line.The gentleman who was first in line said he had been waiting 20 minutes for one sandwich ...I continued to wait (good coupons...)BUT...while waiting,I noticed the floor ,behind the counter ,as far as I could see...WAS GROSS!! Not a little gross...A LOT GROSS.THERE WERE 3 YOUNG LADIES WORKING...FRIDAY NIGHT! I felt very bad for them because they were OVERWHELLED!!!! They we're getting frustrated,and who could blame them????The drink dispenser was FLAT! NO CARBANATION AT ALL.They were having to run back,get customers new drinks FINALLY ..received food....only to get home,and realize....MY " BUY ONE GET ONE FREE .... WAS..BUY ONE...!!!! Gave her my coupon and everything....NO FREE SANDWICH !!! BUT....IN THE LADIES DEFENSE....THEY WERE BUSTING THEIR BUTTS, STILL HUSTLING (WHILE SMILING,) So...to the ladies who were their trying so hard...I GIVE THEM 10 STARS...BECAUSE IF I HAD TO WORK IN THAT ENVIRONMENT....You would have probably seen mean the Daily Herald Saturday morning! Shame on the manager....but your girls...
