Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Columbia

for my first time ever eating at a jimmy johns, i was thoroughly satisfied! i'd always heard about how good the food is here, but i'd just never had the chance to come. this place is kind of tucked away, so it might be easy to miss, but i definitely recommend stopping by for a solid meal. i ordered only a sandwich, and it was plenty! the bread is really good, too. it's freshly baked, and you can tell!! seriously, i was pleasantly surprised by how much flavor they were able to develop with the different sauces, and everything tasted very fresh! everyone working there was also incredibly kind, sweet, attentive, cool, diligent, understanding, stylish, supportive, responsible, cheerful, animated, and helpful. they were so friendly, and they elevated the general environment of the store. the decorations were also super fun! my experience here was absolutely and entirely positive, and i'd be so happy to come back again for another perfect meal. shout out to this jimmy johns especially....

Went with my daughter for dinner. Ordered two combos but the cashier only rang one up as a meal. I expected to be billed for two and had no problem completing a second transaction, however, he rang them up individually and I paid more than I should have. He was so difficult to order from and to speak with that I gave up trying. The food was good but there was no knives to cut the sandwich and it wasn't cut. I asked for napkins and I was directed to reach behind the counter, no big deal but the employees seemed bothered by providing napkins. They did offer to bring my food back behind the counter, after a bite had been taken out of it, but I declined. Owner you may want to retrain that team. Eating behind the counter and cutting half eaten...

It is ACROSS the street from my job. In the past, the staff has been happy with JJ.. I ordered and paid ahead and it was not freaky fast or even fast. I work at a school, so lunchtime is a limited amount of time. When they arrived at least 25 min later, it was without my drink ( and no apology for forgetting it) The driver said she would go get my drink and come right back (again right across the street).... The drink has not yet arrived. An hour after initial order. I am only giving it one star because the food was ok. But I will not be placing another order and will tell all my colleagues that Jimmy John’s is not fast. EDIT: the drink arrived. After my one hour lunch...
