The service was immaculate. They were so nice and really interacted with the guests. They were really funny too 😂 just know next time imma finish my drink first 🤣🤣

This place was tastefully decorated. Still being new, they didn’t offer the full menu yet. We started with drinks and got The Cadillac Margarita and Pomegranate Margarita which were both 𝓪𝓶𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓷𝓰. Don’t drink too fast 😂

Our appetizer was house made chips with a salsa & cheese mix. It was really good. Not too spicy and the chips were the perfect amount of crisp and salt.

For our entrees, I got a Chicharrón taco and a bistec taco along with the Birria tacos. The chicharrón taco was a fried pork belly taco with avocado crème sauce. Just listen, it was DEVINE. The bistec was ground marinated steak with cilantro and onion. It definitely needed a sauce but was still delicious. The Birria tacos, listen the Birria tacos, omg. I’m gonna marry the chef 😂 they were so 🐬 good. (If you don’t get the dolphin, I’m so sorry)

Theresa got a shrimp taco, rock fish taco and lamb taco. The shrimp taco was amazing. Everything you’d expect for a taco. The rock fish taco was mouth watering good. I need more. The lamb taco was good. It was flavorful but definitely needed a sauce.

This place DID NOT disappoint. Everything was so flavorful and juicy. It was phenomenal. It really is just good food. I will say, the fried rockfish taco was on point. I could eat a bucket of them.

And for dessert. We got both 😂 Churros and Tres Leche Cake 🫠🤤🤤🤤 I have never had cake melt in my mouth they way this Tres Leche did. The churros were warm with a perfect crunch on the outside and moist and soft on the inside. I’m gonna have dreams about this dessert. 😍

If you ever find yourself in Columbia, MD. Give this place a try. It’s...

Came at late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday, and was immediately seated. Of note is that the restaurant smelled very strongly of curry(I might be smelling the kitchen and it’s spices, but there is a large Indian restaurant directly next door. Maybe they share an HVAC system.)

Service took approximately 10 minutes from being seated to a server asking if we wanted water. We were ready to order. We ordered 3 tacos per person(at $4.50, I don’t think I could order much more, considering they are “street tacos”), guacamole and chips, waters, and a margarita.

Guacamole came out very quickly, and was delicious. Chunky bits of avocado, which was delicious. Looked like in house fried tortilla chips. I’d get it again.

Of note is that they do have a machine/person making fresh flour tortillas and cooking them, which is awesome. By contrast, you can also notice pre-packaged tortillas in the kitchen. Take that for what you will.

Tacos were a hit. Of the 9 tacos we ordered, 3 a person, we had at least 6 different tacos. All were delicious and recommendable. Al pastor, carnitas, chorizo and egg, carne asada, and fish, all were great. It was a little odd to have a taco served on a singular tortilla as opposed to, what I’ve known as the standard, of 2 tortillas. Not a groundbreaking taco by any means, but still...

I started not to go in when I saw how small and tight the space was. However, I entered anyway. The hostess was super friendly and seated me right away. He brought the water to my table, and took my appetizer order. As I waited, I noticed that the server who would have been working my table, never greeted me. She was busy so I didn't expect her to stop and have a conversation, but she could have told me that she would be with me shortly. As I waited for my appetizer, two people came in and sat at the table behind me. The server was busy with the table that was directly across from me. When she was done at their table she went to the table directly behind me and proceeded to take their order!!! That did not sit with me well because I was their first. At that point I decided it was better for me to leave! While it is possible that she didn't realize I was seated first, she should have been told by the hostess. That was going to ruin me having a good meal so I left.

I saw one of the servers carrying chips to another table and they were quite dark and heavy looking. I like chips that are light and crispy so I probably would not have enjoyed them. They seemed a little pricier than what I imagined, and the portions did not look very big. Glad I...

The limited menu was nothing like what is online. They were out of 2 tacos, chicken and lamb, since the day before (per the server), and were pushing chicken mole taco (I didn't want it and obviously no one else did either). How can you call yourself a taco restaurant and be out of tacos? The tiny $4.50 barbacoa taco meat was flavorful but gristly and dry. The seared ahi tostada was good: smoky ahi on a crispy tortilla with avocado, jacama, and a drizzled sauce. Don't waste your money on the Cadillac margarita - all juice. Then there was the poor service. In response to "how was it," I noted the chewed gristle on the plate and shook my head 'no'. Server said "oh," removed the plate and left. A simple "sorry" acknowledging my disappointment would have been appreciated. While I waited for the server to ask me if I wanted anything else, he stood at the front bar chatting with another employee (pet peeve) and ignored me and another table. I gave up on dessert and went to the front to get the check and pay my tab. As a very generous tipper, I struggled adding a 20% gratuity. My overall take: unprofessionally managed.

Pictures: margarita flight, guacamole, cantina wings, blackened shrimp taco, shrimp & chorizo tacos, filet mignon burrito, certified angus steak fajitas, menu ( not the entire menu). This was my first time going. We were immediately seated. The place is on the smaller side with thin aisles. Nevertheless it was cute. The drinks were BOMB. The bartender did his thing. The guacamole and chips were fresh. My burrito was huge and yummy. The tequila sauce around the burrito paired really well . Definitely worth the money. The tacos were stuffed and tasty. The wings and fajitas were good. The 4 stars is due to Chesapeake quesadilla. It was okay. It needs more favor/seasoning. They have happy hour everyday but all day Monday so I will be going be. My family and I enjoyed the food and experience.

What a delight to find a friendly and welcoming Mexican restaurant near by. The indoor layout is narrow but the seating was well arranged so you did not feel cramped. The food was delicious. We were there on a Tuesday so they had a discount on their tacos. Usually $5/each but today’s tacos they offered a dollar off. Ingredients were fresh, portions were good, sauces complimented each individual dish. Meats were tender and the shrimp that came with my enchiladas was perfectly done. Our server was very polite and patiently answered many questions. They do offer a catering service too. No doubt I will be returning to try other things from their menu. It looked family friendly and a nice venue for local residents.
