This restaurant is horrible. For it to be so many workers the lunch wait was over 20 minutes. The lady at the register was of no help. She keep repeating I don’t take orders use the Kiosk. The Kiosk was only working on 2, the card reader was out on the others. I placed an order through the app and changed the deal I wanted but it would only take the 1 deal selected. I went ahead and paid and ask the same lady. Can I void the order and get redo it the correct way. The lady says oh I can’t change the app. I restated I am not asking to correct the app. I am asking to void the order: she then said I can’t give you your money back either. I asked for a Manager. She walks in the back talks to someone then comes back and says “yea no we can’t do anything about the app”, the Manager never came out never asked to fully understand my concern. I then after 20 minutes get my food they hand it to me and walk off. I am standing at the counter and now after all this I still say excuse my cups for my drinks. She looks at the bag then gets the cups and hands them to me and doesn’t say a word. I asked for corporate number she said she doesn’t have a corporate number and I should try to Google it. I mean even after all the foolishness I kept it professional and still left unhappy. The more I thought about it I said you are right I will Google it. Google my review and corporate number. No wonder they always have a hiring sign up. This is not a good place and never any customer service. To be by the Base where our Soldiers come there should be a different kind of service coming from all employees. As I look in the kitchen the cooks are all standing around. The individuals themselves at this McDonalds have demonstrated "love thy neighbor" like none I have seen in quite some time. The staff always curtious and polite, the store immaculately clean all the time, and simple gestures of good will and faith in their fellow man, but it doesnt stop there. Strangers hand their entire order to someone who needs it, circle back and order again. This is the kindness we need across the world right now, not just in America. I can give you a trinket and say be like me, I can give you clothes and say here dress like me, but when you give someone food... you are saying live! Live because God intended us all to live together in harmony. Easier said than done? Well they do their best around here from what I see. It is a shame I found no church with such kindness that didnt come with prejudices and circumstamces for getting assistance. No one here has made me fill out my life history, they just help. No one here judges me for the situation I am in, they just help. This McDonalds also keeps an immpecable schedule of being reliably open, while the welfare system is automated, closed, or even the offices abandoned all together. Use the kindness I see here in your lives, it blesses so many people. The recieving of good will, but then the fellowship of understanding hard times. Your store is a blessing to so many right now, and from the bottom of my heart I send you my deepest gratitude. Read moreWhere is the general and area managers at!? This McDonald's (to include the other on Decker) seriously need a revamp! First, the lady at the drive thru with red in her hair who took our payment as well, rude! Awful customer service, she gave off the worst attitude! Then didn't even get my order correct, I guess asking for anything extra is asking for too much? Seriously, how hard is it to listen and put the order in the kiosk? AND the wait time is ridiculous, 3 meals took 20 minutes 😑 And still left out the extra paddies we requested, y'all know a dollar is dollar, now thats MY dollar wasted! Not okay! The workers need to be better trained on customer service skills, active listening, and how to just to do their job overall efficiently! ALSO, WHY HAVE A Caramel macciato as an option and not know how to make one? I will note that other workers have been the upmost friendly, but friendly doesn't equate to efficient work. Something needs to be done, because these wait times, lack of customer service skills, is ridiculous. There's another McDonald's I go to that is outstanding in all areas its out by Lowes, consider asking that restraunt how its done.
