Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbia

Terrell and Ciara we're absolutely amazing. I've had an impossibly hard week, and I showed up to the store right before closing while they were cleaning asked if they had anything open that wouldn't be inconvenient to make and they went above and beyond to try to accommodate me. I normally wouldn't go into a store right before closing because I understand how stressful that could be and these two were so kind and compassionate I had a wonderful time talking to them they made my drink quickly and efficiently knew the menu inside and out gave me good recommendations for the future suggested the app to me to try and help me get as many perks as possible they told me about some cool promotions with new drinks that I'm really excited to try and they both had amazing personalities. I'll definitely be going back...

This is my second time at this store & both time having a problem each time manager handled it, but the People who are being trained the employees are cold, unprofessional, and lack knowledge about Starbucks!!! i order a dragon, fruit, lemonade, refresher, as I always do with no Ice so because I didn’t get Ice, she put water in it and I politely said you cannot make my drink the way you wanna me to drink it make it the way I wanna drink it Can I speak to the manager, I am the manager back-and-forth can I have a refund? This Starbucks location is amazing! I couldn’t believe how friendly and welcoming the staff was! I actually had a great conversation with two of the baristas who answered question I had about one of the food items. Everyone at this location was clearly happy to be working there, having fun with their role, yet maintaining an elevated level of professionalism. Also the th assistant district manager I believe he is, Stuart was his name, came out at one point and you could feel he appreciated and supported his staff.They were all happy to see him.
