If I could do 0 stars I would. I tried ordering delivery online with 7 orders and got to the end where it wouldn’t take any card. I called and was told the don’t do delivery. We decided to pick up. I called in the order and had him repeat it back to me which he did perfectly. When we began to hand out orders we realized that they left several things out. I called and told them that and the manager Keenan advised that he was the one who took the order and he did not leave anything out. I advised he most certainly did and I was willing to pick it up again even though it was extremely inconvenient. He told me I didn’t pay for it so I could order something else and pay for it. He was not willing to recognize that he made a mistake and was not willing to budge at all. I asked for the manager he told me he was the manager. I asked for a regional and he told me I could talk to the corporate office. I asked if they were franchised and he said yes but wouldn’t give me an owners name or number, only an email. I expressed how disappointed I was in their lack of customer service and that I would never be back. He didn’t really care. I work in customer service. I wasn’t trying to get free food. The entire process of ordering from them was a headache and they didn’t budge when they made a mistake. I will never give them my business again and would recommend that others don’t either.
Response to Owner: In reading your replies to other customers who shared their bad experiences it is clear to me that great customer service is not on your list of priorities. You couldn’t earn back my business even if you wanted it which it is clear you do not. I did not write the Yelp review. My co-worker did. It would be best if you didn’t make assumptions and maybe read a book or went to a seminar on what great customer service looks like. You don’t have to worry. I’ve been to the Devine, West Columbia, Killan Rd., and Harbison locations. I LOVE ❤️ Tropical Smoothie. A few months ago the cashier threw my straw on the counter. My last visit was Thursday between 12-1. I felt the cashier was rude and impatient it (wasn’t very busy). I had to repeat my order because the first time she was scowling at me like why are you even here. When I said my name is Ebony she purposely said something else. I’m the type to ignore ignorance. This just makes me feel uncomfortable the only reason I go to this location because the smoothies taste great. Please teach the employees that all races are accepted. Read moreI am really confused about my visit today. I’ve been to multiple locations and received the veteran discount at every location including this one. Today when I ordered the cashier was told by The Who I assume to be the owner, the discount was for active duty only. When you look online it clearly states Active/Veterans. The disturbing part is they have a decal on the window where it states it is Veteran owned. I find it strange you want to advertise being veteran owned but won’t support them. This location will not receive my business again.
To respond to the owner comments. You missed the point totally. Your credentials were not needed at all. I never expect a discount EVER. The rare times I do remember to ask I accept the discount of course. I clearly stated I received the discount multiple times at your location and all the other local locations.
