I love Zaxbys. We take my special needs (autistic) son every couple weeks. He loves the tender and fries. If any of you have a child with sensory issues , you’ll understand the frustration of trying to feed a child with Autism.
On May 2nd 2018 we went to celebrate at Zaxbys. The wait time was awful , which is a first. But once we finally received are food it was wrong! I ended up turning around and asking to speak with the manager “Chrissy”.
She immediately said it’s them again, and proceed to ask what the problem was. When I told her my sons food wasn’t made correctly and he wouldn’t eat it due to sensory issues. She mumbled under her breath and closed the window on me , mid sentence. I took pictures of them laughing and smiling as if it was a funny situation. I asked the co worker what the issue was and she said the dont understand the issue as if I didn’t explain how my son is autistic and has to have his food a certain way. ( I’ve never had this problem in the past btw. I usually go to the St. Andrews location).
Basically from here things escalated. Long story short, you guys have lost a customer. I will not support a business that will treat anyone this way especially when not considering a child, let alone child with any type of disability.

I understand that you guys were busy so when I got to the window the young lady that took my order I told her what I wanted she took 2 minutes to come back to the speaker so I drove around when she repeated the order I told her the order was incorrect instead of her correcting the mistake she overcharged me I asked for a 10-piece traditional wing she ring me up for 2 order 5piece traditional wing. Read moreI visited this location, and I found a gum wrapper in my grilled cobb salad. The store manager Missy was useless at best. She didn't apologize, she didn't offer to give me a refund, she did nothing. All she said was "no one was chewing gum back there." I said well someone clearly was cause the wrapper is in my salad. I asked for a refund and Missy gave my receipt to the front cashier & she went to the back or in the mgrs office & stayed there.
