Food was cold. Ordered loaded Mac and cheese, what I got was barely a hint of Mac and cheese with nothing on it. I was annoyed before, but now I'm angry. I counted 4 spoonfuls using their own spoon. That works out to more than 1.25 per spoonful! I could see the bottom of the bowl before I even touched it. You can see for yourself in the photo I'm attaching... I paid more than 10 dollars all total and the best thing in the order was the water. The people are nice, but the food is robbery anymore. Never coming back. I'm done with Arby's. First having the prices up, but now cutting the amount to pathetic levels... š Edit: I'm not filling out your form with my private information. This isn't something that's limited to this location. I've been to 4 Arby's in different locations and every single one of them has this same issue. Food quality is poor. Food quantity is poor for the price, and the entire problem is caused by corporate mismanagement. That book of personal contact info you want me to fill out? Corporate does that because they don't want people to fill it out. Every single item in that list is mandatory to submit a complaint. There is only one item that should be mandatory... A receipt number. Your corporate doesn't care about my complaint, and thus they've lost my business. Anyone that wants to read this is welcome to see my complaints. 1.) drive through takes FOREVER. I understand labor shortage and I wonāt give negative grade for this because some stuff you canāt help. But being friendly or at least reassuring to people waiting would be great.
2.) quality control: when ordering food, you pick from the menu, and then you pay and youāre expected to get what you asked for. Itās pretty simple. Although this is asking too much. Ask for classic BEEF AND CHEDDAR. Beef was thereā¦.thatās it. The bun was DESTROYED. The cheese wasnāt even there. No red ranch. Literally had one job and 3 ingredientsā¦and failed miserably.
3.) no sauces included despite asking for them.
My advise. Make sure people know the menu, and maybe can remember at least 3 ingredients required and remember to put ingredients on the bun and not have a boxing match with the bun while their at it.
I understand if long days happen and people can be annoying. But at least try and give people what they ask for. And if youāre going I charge $26 bucks for 2 sandwiches, at least attempt to make it look like $26 bucks worth. Iāve seen $3 sandwiches from the gas station prepared better than thisā¦

But, one day I decided to stop by this location after gettinh gas next door. So, I ordered a #12 half lb roast beef sandwich only my dog as a treat and a turkey bacon ranch wrap for myself.
1: The young man taking my order at the drive thru was not only polite, but had a beautiful smile and spoke to my dog and offered him a treat. Great customer service means so much to me! But to say hello to my furry family member is everything to me.
2: The food was freshly made and so good. Since then I stop by once a week to pick up a number 12 half lb roast beef only as a treat for Doctor J. If i pull up without my furry family member, they will ask where he is!
3: I discovered the entire staff has great smiles and customer service!
I'm not a huge fast food fan, but I love a great wraps and wonderful customer service with a smile! So check them out on Broad Street...
