It' very frustrating that the restroom is locked with a code you have to ask for. When I request the code for the restroom I am consistently met with an attitude of some kind. One time a lady even asked me if I had ordered yet... That's the first thing she said when I asked for the restroom code... she just said did you order yet? I understand that you are only allowing your customers to use the restroom but I come in here everyday and yes I had actually just ordered. Most of the time the staff doesn't even know the code for the restroom or they get upset with you for asking? Or are they question if you're allowed to be in there...There's definitely a way to be nicer about it though, and none of the staff seems to know how to do that. If you don't want the responsibility of having to remember a bathroom code and pass it along to your customers then you shouldn't put one on the front door. It sets a very weird tone and precedent for the whole restaurant, when I can't just go use the restroom and I have to ask for a code that's six digits long. And now on to the drinks ... It is very odd that the drinks are consistently made wrong here. I have had to ask for my drink to be corrected and instead of remaking it like every other Starbucks does the lady offered to put two pumps of flavor in a cup and tried to offer it to me...? This is not how Starbucks operates Every other Starbucks. If my drink is made wrong and I go ask for it to be remade they just remake it for me Instead I got questioned on how I want my drink made as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I get the same drink every single day, sometimes twice a day and something was off about it. So I asked for it to be remade and instead they wanted to hand me two pumps of flavor in a cup.. I said no thank you and asked again for it to be remade. It was really awkward. Upon watching the barista remake my drink, I realized the reason that it wasn't made correctly is because she did not put the correct amount of shots in it I ordered a brown sugar cortado and it has three shots of espresso and a light amount steamed oat milk This lady put one shot of espresso and filled the entire cup up with steamed oat milk That's why my drink tasted off That's why it was so weak I thought it was because they forgot to put cinnamon and brown sugar in it It's because she just didn't even give me the whole drink I feel ripped off... I've been putting off writing this review for a while and hoping every time that the next time I go back it will get better but it seems to just get worse every time I really hope the Starbucks can make some improvements The location is awful to begin with so when you add on top the fact that the staff is very rude and they consistently mess up your drinks. I was told if I order the mango dragonfruit Refresher without the pieces of dragonfruit I can still get it at other stores. NOT this one apparently I tried to explain it to the girl in the drive thru window who rudely told me more than once she's not allowed. I come here often somtimes more than once a day but I'll be reducing that completely after today. I won't be treated rudely after I spend easily 100$+ a month here. Read moreSaturday 3/423 8:00 am I went to this location to get me breakfast. I pull the door just for some lady to confront with some unreasonable objections to letting me in. She told me that I have to go through the drive through to get served she said because their location is only opened to drive through. Meanwhile there were two folks seated right before my eyes drinking and eating breakfast, when I asked how that was happening yet I cannot be let in she replied those folks got in before. I also asked how come but she just told me that there is no letting me. I didn’t think she was reasonable and I do not appreciate the denial. I thought maybe not getting my breakfast from this place would be ideal so I drive away.
