Arby's — Restaurant in Columbus

Edit, 2 years later.. 10182022 I bought 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and two fries for $33 had 3 Arbys sauce and 2 horsey in the bag. Asked for 5 more arbys sauce and was told she could only give me 3!! Asked if I could buy the two extra; sure she says and charged me .50 cent per pack so $1.09 for two extra condiments!!! SERIOUSLY ARBY'S!!!!!!!!! See my post below from 2 years earlier. Going to be 4 years before I darken your door steps again. Maybe by then the service and customer care will get better not worse??!!

Today I have seen the worst of worse. You guys forgot to give me my extra sauce I had ordered. I was so shook by this! There must have been a battle going on for this forgetfulness. Arby's has never EVER failed me, but today...a single tear has fallen. I pulled back around and got my extra sauce. I am struck by this. I almost took my business to the McDonalds that forgets my whole meal and gives me a single bag because of this forgetfulness. I shall give Arby's one last chance...maybe 38,825 more...

Came through last night. Ordered what should've been 25-30 in food. Cashier took upon herself to upside 3 meals to large and the one meal that was supposed to be large to medium. Didn't get my 2 for $7 beef n cheddars. Was missing a fry, no sauce as requested and my Reuben add extra meat had almost no meat at all and extra craut. Have tried to call 3x over spam of 24hours and nobody answers the...
