The Owner ("Vicus" - sorry if I misspelled your name!!) is very sweet and his employees sing his praises! He went out of his way to make sure my order was corrected. Love that! He seems very understanding and knows how to handle his clients! The general manager, however, a young lady whose name I didn't catch, seems to not know how to de-escalate a situation. I watched her handle an upset customer who was requesting a refund due to the errors in her order and while I understand that customer service can be hard, I don't think it helps to stare at upset customers like they are bothering you and basically say despite you coming all the way here with your receipt, you will just have to come back later when someone higher up is here which translated to the upset customer as "I can't help you." When I entered, to have my issue corrected, I hadn't even said a thing and she was already looking at me like "Another disgruntled person that I do not want to have to deal with." Thankfully, the owner arrived not too long of me arriving and I was swiftly taken care of and he seeming went right to work fixing any little thing he thought was a problem at his establishment. Read moreI just left this establishment like 5 minutes ago. Me and my partner were having a nice conversation with this cashier while we wait for our food. The cashier seemed like a great young man. But then the manager interrupted us atrociously and started yelling/screaming at the kid in front of everyone. I don’t know if she’s the daughter of the owner or not. I heard she was But the owner was right there and he let this lady yell and scream at her co workers like they were dogs. As an EMS professional of this community. I’m very big on how you treat people. And this lady was the worse. I just can’t believe she yelled and scream at this kid like that. I’m glad the kid reacted fine & didn’t let it bothered him. You can tell he was raised right but the manager kid is another story. Apparently as a manager she is nit trained on how to give refunds. Her customer service is atrocious. Called up there to get my issue resolved only for her to hang up on me. Called back several times to which they ignored. Finally on the 4th or 5th go I get through again, just to end up having a screaming match with this horrible woman.
