The lack of intelligence and customer service at this location is ridiculous. Ive had a few issues but like most you write it off & move on but after today no. Companies are setting up online systems that the people in the store have no clue how to work. I had an order a few weeks back that was wrong I went back once for burnt harsh browns then got home and the breakfast sandwich was wrong. I called & was told they would replace it the next time. Well that was 9/11 & this morning was the next time 10/10 only to have a rude employee say we don't replace online orders. How? The store made the order wrong not customer service. It wasn't a door dash order 2) why didn't the manager say we can't replace online orders call csr srv. When I ask for a manager she gets on the phone & when I start speaking she completely talks over me and interrupts me then refuses to give me her name. If you're so right why are you afraid to give your name? Then she says we can't replace orders over 30 days "well that's great b/c mine is at 29". the store manager gets on and says oh no that's not true there isn't a 30day limit. Well once again misinformation. She then refuses to give me the other managers name or the district managers name. She gave me a home office number and a name for someone who doesn't work at the home office. Customer service should always be #1 and these ppl forget this. I wasn't rude or even cared that you wouldn't replace it. it was the waste of my time and the misinformation along with the nice/nasty attitudes. I also would've just paid for a new order if there was a level of customer service present. Moving forward I will start disputing the charges for wrong orders or requesting my money back so the real managers can start questioning why there's so many refunds. Maybe that will make them hire people with a brain that know how to speak to people and work their online systems. They did me a favor anyways I'm not supposed to be eating fast food so Thanks. The previous incident was also due to an online order. I was told I didn't check in at the speaker and when I said I did I was basically told I was lying with an attitude "well if you did I don't know who you talked to because they didn't check you in". Of course there's others but these are the 2 that's making me keep my money & eat elsewhere. Burger King please train better...
Read moreThere was a young lady name Crystal(Caucasian, with glasses and brown hair), who worked the drive thru, July 06, 2019 at 8:38pm. She was extremely rude (twice) and her customer service is horrible.
My husband and I were in the drive-thru waiting for our food and he tapped the window to simply say we were going to come inside to grab it. She looked at us out of the corner of her eyes and kept working. Again, my husband tapped lightly, she abruptly opened the window and rudely said, “yeah”. My husband and I were shocked that she was even behaving that way.
We went inside and another young lady was helping us. She was very polite so I wanted to write a review about her. I asked a young lady who was bent down working and to my surprise, it Crystal again. I asked her, what’s the name of the lady who just left from over here and she looked at me and said “what”. I repeated my question and she said, “her name is Melissa, why?” Again, in a very rude manner. By this time, I walked away. She said, “You’re Welcome. Good night!” In an antagonizing way.
By this time, I asked to speak to the assistant manager (Dave). I explained the situation and he stated this isn’t the first time this happened with this same employee. She needs some retraining or something. Her customer service...
Read moreI ordered a frozen coke and ice cream cone and when I got to the window the young man said 30 dollars and some change. Exactly how much the change he asked for I don't remember because I was so stunned at price. When I told him what my order was he just stood there waiting. At first I thought he was joking. Then I repeated my order and he went back to the cash register and said 2.17. I paid cash then he got my ice cream cone then tells me the frozen coke machine doesn't work and that he could not give me my money back for it. He had to have known that before he took my order because there were several thawed partial cups of liquid at the machine. Manager came up and refused to give me my money back. Insisted I take any other drink, but flat out refused refund. Said she could not return that small amount of money. This store needs to be investigated. I usually spend 25-40 dollars. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT BURGER KING ON VETERANS PKWY. I am using my friends phone for this review. I hope corporate reads...
