I would not recommend this place because they do not devein their shrimp and they do not give you the option to do so. Their customer service sucks and when you call to make a complaint they cut you off and try to argue with you. I called today about my shrimp because I had to devein it myself, and I called up there to make a complaint and the guy that answered kept cutting me off. I asked him why they didn’t devein it and his response was “it’s a 2.00 fee to devein and peel the shrimp”, but they don’t devein it themselves they get the shrimp already devein and unshelled but they do not offer it. I informed him on how people can get really sick from eating poop, but his response was “You can’t get sick from eating poop”. The guy was just rude and wasn’t willing to listen to what I had say because everyone knows your not supposed to sell shrimp with poop in it. That is a major health violation. He also said that people like to eat the poop in the shrimp, and that’s why he charges extra to get the peeled and deveined shrimp(even though they don’t peel and devein it themselves). I will never eat here again and I hope this review was...

Public service announcement to anybody coming here for the first time: Most everything is self service. You go to the counter to order and they bring you your food. Don't expect somebody to wait on your table here, and definitely don't write a 1 star review because you're too dumb to get up from your seat.

With that out of the way, I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with this restaurant's food. The boils are heavily seasoned and fresh, full of flavor. The crawfish are especially good, and have a good, strong heat to them that even those with low spice tolerance could make an exception for.

The fries are incredibly good, Cajun seasoned and served fresh. My only caveat is they go south very fast with time, so eat them quick! The hush puppies are stellar and the fried fish options are flaky and tender. The red beans and rice have a good kick to them, and are wonderfully creamy.

Prices are very good, about as expensive as any other boil place but for much better food. We spent about $70 stuffing three people to the gills, and the friendly atmosphere with a nice Jazz Age NOLA soundtrack really made the night. Highly...

Visited here while in town for work. Had high hopes for some "authentic" Cajun food. I ordered the shrimp and crawfish boil. Just to be clear, I'm not cajun but I dated one for a while and cook/eat their food as often as possible. 😁🤣😂

Pros: crawfish in Columbus!, quick service, very friendly staff (they go out of their way to make you feel welcome), outside dining area for good weather, you can order and pick up in their drive through, pretty large portion size, good seasoning on their boils (a little salty, but spicy and good).

Cons: I was led to believe their crawfish are fresh but I'm confident they are not (live/fresh crawfish aren't usually soft skinned and "mushy"), VERY small dining room (don't plan on having a private conversation with your dining partner), I felt like the prices were a little high for what I got (the portion size was large but the seafood quality wasn't there).

Overall, I would go here again if I had a hankering for some Cajun food and $25 to spend. I don't feel like this is an authentic cajun restaurant, more so a fast food version of one (which isn't necessarily...

This is my husband and I’s favorite seafood place to go to in Columbus. Just from the overall taste, customer service, and consistency!! I love that they have not changed the quality of their food since I started coming here. And we have been going there now for 3+ years. The customer service is always on point! Everyone is always very friendly. Which I think is an added bonus to the wonderful food they have. I always love the low country boil and my husband likes the crawfish & shrimp boil. This is doing seafood right without all the sauce. Also, I love their beignets! 😊 its very nice to have a great restaurant that still cares about the quality of the food and also have wonderful customer service. Being from Louisiana, it feels like home here. Don’t ever change!
