Cavan Irish Pub — Restaurant in Columbus

Visited Cavans on Sunday 5/17/20 at around 6:30pm. Decided I'd check out the bar after I had a drink at The Toolbox. I knew there' would only be service on the patio so I decided to stop in. I was greeted by a bartender with the words. DO YOU HAVE A MASK!! I did, since I was wearing a blue bandana which doubles as a mask. I looked around the patio which was empty except for four white guys siting at a table without masks. Seemed odd since I was asked to supply one. I told the bartender never-mind since 1. he didn't require the white patrons to wear a mask and 2. I 've had problems with this bartender before. I guess some bartenders are USING. COVID TO PRACTICE RACISM AGAINST BLACK PATRONS. They won't be getting anymore of my money. I'm too old for that...

This use to be my go to bar, and her in the last few years my husband, and myself get treated like garbage almost every single time, and when I bring it to someone’s attention, and instead of her having someone call me! She says they either like or they don’t!!! She blocked me after I put her on blast on Facebook for the treatment she had given me! I still haven’t gotten a call from the other! They will never get a penny from me! I haven’t been to south bend in 3 years, because of similar treatment!...

L&L is actually Cavan Irish Pub, for some reason Google cannot figure that out. Cavan Irish Pub has always been a favorite stop for a fun "Gay Cheers-esque" time. They have 12 Drafts that are always changing which is great. Always an event going on so definitely worth checking out. Good Times and Fun Open People make Cavan Irish...
