I found this Chipotle location to be accessible from the outside. It is connected to a nearby Starbucks and both of these vendors are accessible by the same ramp. The doors are wide, but there is a bar in between the double doors, so they might be difficult to enter through for a physically disabled individual. Unfortunately, I did not see any powered doors, so if someone utilizes in a wheelchair or another method of assisted transportation, they might need someone to hold the door open for them. Inside the restaurant, the tables were spread fairly far apart, but I donât think it would be enough for a wheelchair to fit through. There were some chairs that were pulled out from their tables which made these pathways even more constricting. Ordering at chipotle would be accessible, as the behind the counter âbuffetâ would be visible to someone in a wheelchair. However, because this food option is so popular, the environment is very chaotic and loud. Someone with severe anxiety or sensitivity to loud noises would be better off ordering online or on their app and picking it up at the location. Chipotle is also very transparent about the ingredients they use, so someone with food allergies would have no issues seeing what they could or could not order. Overall, the service at this Chipotle was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I had a great experience ordering here. Would definitely recommend, whether you order on the app...
Read moreFood quality is very hit or miss. You can be sure that whenever you visit this location though that the staff will be rude and short with you every single time. I know all of the other reviews bash it for this but it really is no exaggeration that they HATE giving you the food or portions you ask for at this Chipotle. What finally sealed the deal for me was when I went today. I asked for double meat and watched the guy drop 3 extra pieces of chicken in for my second scoop. I called it out and asked for a little more and he ignored me and kept moving down the line. Then when I got my cold toppings I asked for extra cheese and watched him punch in a couple extra strands and after asking for more he straight up looked at me and told me he's "not allowed" to give me any more. The guy cut me off from getting cheese of all things. I just said "are you for real?" And he just shrugged and the guy on the register just kinda laughed at how ridiculous it was. All of the bad reviews really mean it when they say it's rude staff and awful portions. I'm positive the only way this location possibly stays in business is because college kids swarm it constantly during the school year. Do not waste your...
Read moreCustomer Service was terrible. The small white guy with glasses.
When preparing my order. The server filled the scooper, then scrapped the food off. Leaving the equivalent amount of an actual scoop. He gave two scoops of rice, one pinch of cheese, and lettuce. A small very small of sour cream and tomato. I asked for the hot honey chicken on tge side. He attempted to add it to the bowl. I had to say on the side several times. I found the tiniest cup in the store for the chicken. He said this is the o ly cups for on the side. We dont have the other side cups available. When I asked for more. He replied very rudely. We are not allowed to give you more. It's against company policy and we have to ration the serving amounts. I offered to pay for extra. He replied again in tge rudest tone NO, we can't do that either.
Chipotle has always been a favorite food. I haven't returned to this location. No other Chipotle in the area said they were aware of...
