We went in for the BOGO boneless night at around 8:30 pm. At first, we were told the system was down and we would have to wait longer even though there were empty tables. Once seated we ordered and got our $4 appetizers reasonably quickly. However, one of the appetizers didn't come with the sauce we asked for. We flagged down our waitress and she told us she would get the sauce and more water. Well, it took her around 10 minutes to get the sauce and the mozzarella sticks were cold by then and we were very thirsty. My food soon came out, but we were not given any forks or napkins after we ordered like we usually get. So I had to wait to flag down the waitress to get forks so I could eat my food. The only issue is that she told someone else to do it and they just brought the trays and napkins... NO FORKS! So I had to get up and ask someone else for forks. I started eating my food, and then I needed a refill of water. I waited around 10 minutes for the waitress to stop chatting with another table, flirting with the boys there. She was ignoring us so I went up to the bar to get a refill of water. I ate my food and finished before my friend even got his. HE HAD TO ASK IF THEY FORGOT IT! So we flagged down our waitress and asked if they forgot his order (at this point it has been 30 minutes since mine came out). She said she would go figure it out but never went back into the kitchen for 5 minutes. Eventually, we had enough and asked a different waiter, and as soon as we asked him our waitress came rushing over to avoid the embarrassment. She finally went back in the kitchen to check and brought out his order. She said that it was just sitting back there and no one thought to bring it out.
This was by far the worst BWW experience I have ever had and I'm not sure I...
Read moreThe BW3 on the corner of Lane Ave and High Street. We ordered 15 wings with one sauce and 15 wings with a different sauce. When we received our order the wings were all drumsticks with almost no sauce. We called the next day and spoke to the manager on duty, Allison, who was very nice and asked if we would like a refund or a credit to replacement order. We decided to take the credit for a replacement order. A couple days later we decided to call in for the replacement order. Allison was not working this day so we spoke to the General Manager, Jonathan. This man was immediately annoyed by our call and proceeded to tell us that there was nothing on their list with our name on it and we would have to call in and speak to Allison the next day. I asked a couple questions to make sure he wasn't missing our name on the list of credits and he very rudely stated that he would not be answering anymore questions and hung up on me. I decided to call corporate because this order was almost $60 and I realized Jonathan the GM would be of no help. Corporate was very friendly and helpful. They had me grab the receipt and give them the order number and they are going to see what they can do to help us. I decided to call the store back and ask if they could loby the order number because they had spelled my husband's name several ways. I was promptly told no by Jonathan the GM. He also stated that he spoke with Allison and got the details of the situation and that the agreement between Allison and us is void. that this would be the last time he would speak about this because "we don't entertain this type of thing" or "you type of people". Im not sure what he meant but my husband is black so we took the comment appalled and he hung up on me. I'm hoping that corporate will come...
Read moreI eat at Buffalo Wild Wings about once every couple months, but this was my first time eating at this location. My boyfriend and I went out for dinner, and we were seated right away. From there, however, things began to go downhill. Not only was our waitress extremely rude about us ordering water, but when I said I needed a minute to look over the menu she rolled her eyes and began to try to take my boyfriend's order. He kindly clarified we needed some time and requested she come back in a few minutes. Once she returned, we both ordered our meals. The food took awhile to come out, but came out fresh. It's hard to mess up boneless wings, so I can't complain on my end. However, my boyfriend ordered Hot BBQ wings and received Honey BBQ. This in itself is not an issue, and he grabbed our waitress and told her the problem. She brought it back, and about ten minutes later a guy walks out holding the four wings from the previous screw up (we both tried one to compare to my Honey BBQ to make sure it was a mistake) coated in Hot BBQ sauce. He walked around saying "Did someone order Honey BBQ?" and another girl (not even involved in the situation) had the audacity to say "Someone said theirs apparently wasn't hot enough, so if that was you, this is yours". So between the fact that they covered up their mistake by piling on a different sauce over the initial error and the rude attitude they had toward the situation which was entirely a mistake on their end, we will not be dining...
