Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I put in an order at 2pm with a 445pm pickup. I arrived at 440pm and was prepared to hear my order would be a few more minutes. They told me they were getting ready to put it in the oven and it would be another 15-20 minutes. I said no, cancel the order and give me money back. This is the third time this store has done this, and I order there so I can pick up on my way home from work, going from Columbus to Delaware. After leaving the restaurant an employee follows me to the parking lot arguing about how unreasonable I was. I told him I didn't want the order because I had to be back to Delaware by a certain time, but he kept yelling at me in front of other people. This went on for a good 5 minutes. I will never order from this store again, and most likely never from Dominos. *Edit - all this time later I decided to give this restaurant another try. I placed an online order which had me picking up the food after 20 minutes, at 8:39. I get to the restaurant at 8:35, fully expecting to wait a few minutes. When I get in the restaurant (4 minutes early) I am told my order is not even in the oven yet. Screw this restaurant. There are plenty of other pizza places in this area. I would imagine it will be at least another year before I try again, if I ever do. Big Tony's...

Ordered a carry out pizza from this store at 6:42 PM and went in to pickup. The store is not busy and no one is addressing the customers. Picked up the pizza and after coming home we found that the pizza is messed up.

They messed up the order, I ordered the pizza with a Square cut but got a pie cut instead and the cut is not made properly I had to pull it very hard to actually eat it as a slice. No proper sauce, no feta cheese as topping, the crust is crispy and not baked properly. Pizza is cold and the pizza base is very hard to bite.

I made a call to them requesting for a replacement pizza or a refund. They simply argued that we cannot give the replacement or refund because you already ate half of the pizza. Honestly, after bringing it to home and keeping the pizza in-front of kids how can I take the food away from their hands. All I wanted was to at least have a basic courtesy to listen but they kept shouting that the pizza crust is crisp and very thin because the oven is 500 c temp. Really who doesn’t know about the temps. If they don’t know how to handle making a pizza they should stop doing it and they won’t answer phone calls easily, had to wait for a long period of time.

Slow service, wrong and cold pizza and they don't answer their phone! Ordered here for the first time in over 16 months (since we LOVE Donato's) but with the 49% off deal for pick up, we thought we'd try it. The "2 minute wait guarantee" was 22 minutes once I arrived, then we got the WRONG pizzas and they were cold and just terrible. Another 20 minutes on hold got no answer. Crust tasted and chewed like cardboard. The "toppings" (which were wrong) were scant at best. SEVEN (count 'em ... 7) banana peppers on an XL pizza is considered a topping? WORST pizza experience in over a year. Deleting the app, unsubscribing to all emails and you can keep the free pizza for the slow service. Pizza this bad isn't worth trying again for a free one. I called again that evening to complain and was on hold for another 20+ minutes, then someone picked up the phone but never answered ... all I could hear was the lines ringing and intermittently someone talking to customers about the same issues ... "It's Saturday and we are really busy. Sorry we messed up your pizza. Sorry it was late." I finally hung up and will consider this a lesson learned. NEVER again, Domino's....
