New to area; H2O was a pleasant experience from the get-go. Booking online was fast and easy, at check in they knew my name and took me right away. Pedicure was HEAVEN!! The scrubs used in the deluxe smelled SO good! The tech was kind & gentle and his leg massage felt great! The ambient music playing is just the right touch to the spa. Very, very relaxing. Best part of the pedicure was the heated towel. Very hot but it felt amazing! The tech who did my acrylic fill in listened to my concerns and did exactly what I asked. He did a phenomenal job. Took his time, reshaped my squares to ovals and the result looks beautiful. I love the shape & length. My eyebrows look terrific! The female tech was patient, took her time, very polite and she did a wonderful job cleaning me up! The price was a bit steep, checking out at $151 for the GEL pedicure, GEL fill in and French manicure (plus a reshaping) and the eyebrow wax, but being new, getting the GEL and the wax all in one I am not TOO shocked.(I was warned that it’d be expensive to) but you get what you pay for and I got quality care from start to finish and excellent customer service!...

I started going to this nail salon this past August and have gone 1-2 times a month since. The staff are pretty friendly and can do whatever you want for your nails. Making an appointment is very easy; I typically just book through their website and get booked immediately. Christina usually does my nails and she does a great job every time. There are few staff that work here, though so sometimes you'll have to wait. Since I've been coming, they've added waxing and facials. I have yet to try either, but I plan on getting a facial soon. If you do go here and get acrylics, be prepared to be there for a while. They make sure your nails look perfect every time, so it does take some time. I plan to keep coming here as long as I live...

My friend and I meet in Columbus periodically since it's the halfway point between where each of us live. I read the reviews online and couldn't resist giving this place a try. It was SOOOO worth it!!! It's now our official new meeting place. The staff is amazing - so friendly, so professional, and so good at what they do. By far, this is the best pedicure and manicure that I've ever had - and I'm a seasoned mani/pedi recipient, lol. You won't regret going here - your only regret will be not having gone sooner.
