Went there this morning, and for the second time, my drink was made incorrectly. I literally order the same Matcha drink every time, so for someone to tell me I ordered a Chai is ridiculous. There’s no way to confuse the two—they don’t even sound the same! I had to wait around for them to make my drink, and when I finally got it, it was wrong. Another person had to make it again, and when I received my Matcha, it was more white than green. Anyone who drinks Matcha knows it should be a vibrant green, not mostly milk.
I usually don’t complain, but I called to voice my frustration, and the manager made it even worse. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she basically said I was wrong and she was right. I get that maybe she made the drink by the book, but I’ve been ordering this same drink long before she started working there, and it was always made perfectly. I could always taste the matcha, French vanilla swirl, and almond milk blending beautifully. Now, all I’m tasting is milk, and it’s infuriating to start my day with a botched drink.
The back-and-forth with the manager was pointless. I ended up telling her she needs to retrain her entire staff. Next time, I’m asking for 7 matcha shots just to balance out the overwhelming milkiness. It’s just beyond frustrating to deal with this, especially when you start your day with a drink that’s completely wrong.
Signed, a Very Frustrated...
Read moreOrdered through doordash. Opened the bag, half of the large coffee was floating inside the bag. All of the food was completely soaked and ruined. The lid was still on the coffee. How does half of a coffee spill into a sealed bag with the lid still on it? I called and asked for the manager, and the manager casually placed blame on the doordasher.
Mr. Manager, why would someone working for tips intentionally destroy my order? We live 2 miles from the location. There isn't enough time for someone to destroy it in their car. Allow me to tell you what I think happened, and based on past experiences, and what I see at this location, I'm willing to bet MONEY I'm spot on.
You were busy, as you often are. Cars lined up around the building. People coming inside for orders. Your staff can't keep up. Either work ethic or short staffed, your location is working under performance for a coffee/fast food place. My order comes in, your 20-something year old employee is mad and frustrated with how busy they are. They shake my bag, or turn it upside down, to feel in control of their situation and get some sort of satisfaction for destroying my food because they are simply mad at having to work.
Dunkin employees will get paid their hourly rate whatever state my food arrives in. The doordasher gets 1 star and no tip if it's bad. Who do you think intentionally...
Read moreIf you like to look at the menu, I don’t recommend this location. I generally like to go here before work in the morning. I attempted to go here in the morning before work today and I asked her for just a moment while I looked at the menu. a minute later I was asked if they could help me look for something I then replied. No, I’m still looking sorry and then another person gets on the headset and ask the same question in which I reply no thank you I’m just looking and then a third person hopped on the headset and asked me again, all within seconds from each other. I was very irritated and just left. I understand they’re busy, but I wasn’t taking that long. I was just looking for a drink to try and felt very rushed & I welcomed. The other day I was here & ordered a 10 pack of donut holes. I dropped them in the drive thru window by mistake. I apologize & then they asked me to pull forward where I just received my drink. They were not replacing my donut holes. I then asked if I could purchase more. They then gave me 6 donut holes, which made me wonder if those were the remainder of the donut holes that didn’t fall out of my pack in the parking lot (the man came out & picked them up while I pulled forward). I don’t trust or recommend & will not be returned. I get passive aggressive energy here & don’t like...
