Im being honest and fair when I say the food is ok. Nothing wrong there, it's tasty. HOWEVER I deliver for GrubHub, and while picking up an order last time, I walked up to a counter CLEAR FULL OF FINISHED PIZZAS. PHONES RINGING WHILE THREE EMPLOYEES IGNORE IT! I'm the only customer standing there, and I'm a professional about my job, so I'm extremely respectful and patient. I respect the service industry. These guys made eye contact, acknowledged my presence, and ignored me all.ost 5 minutes while one made pizzas, the other was out of my line of sight, but the cou ter girl was on her phone. Texting someone. She even talked some crap at her phone while answering a text, clearly annoyed by whomever she was texting. After 5 minutes I said HI. UMM, I REALLY NEED TO GRAB THIS ORDER and the girl was like.... AND? I swear I thought I was being punked or like, on a hidden camera show. I said can I please have this order, I bet it's sitting here on the counter with all these other pizzas...she ignores me...that's it. I'm done being polite. I said, I EXPECT YOU TO DO YOUR JOB AT THE VERY LEAST....ANYONE WITH AN ATTITUDE SHOULDNT BE WORKING THE COUNTER...YAL AINT EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE! the pizza maker in the back said GET THAT GUY OUTTA HERE...so the girl grabbed the ticket, found the order which was sitting there finished all along and said DONT COME BACK. Once i delivered the pizza, I called the store to complain to the mngr...the mngr or whomever claimed to be mngr kept hanging up on me, and pretending to not hear me talking...yeah. forreal. Read moreFor dinner, I ordered both the cauliflower pizza and the gluten-free pizza cheese only. Both pizzas were burned not just on the crust but also throughout the pizza. After speaking with a representative I learned the pizza oven produces this type of presentation for cauliflower pizza and gluten-free pizza. I think this information should be noted on the website prior to the customer placing an order to ensure the customer is ordering an item that they are well-informed about. I was truly disappointed and I was very hungry when I placed the order. Although I placed my order through a third-party my money was totally refunded. Almost $30.00. The customer service worker offered to refund my money if I had a place the order directly with them. I enjoyed speaking to the customer service worker so my rating is not based on the customer service worker interaction. My star rating is solely based on the presentation of the food. The food was delivered to me cold. I am not sure if the food was picked up late or if the food became cold due to the travel I’m not clear. Read moreSome of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a quick service restaurant. Proceeded to set the orders on the half wall to be picked up but NO ONE would actually come to the front to tell people they were ready. One guy finally walked out and called a name so I asked him if #26 was ready, he snapped back that if he hadn’t called it it wasn’t ready. Then he disappeared back to the back for another seemingly huge wait with no one at the front counter. Finally a woman emerged and started helping the DoorDash drivers so I ran over to her and she grabbed my pizza that had been sitting on the half wall for 25 minutes and handed it to me. I watched my pizza sit on a wall without ever hearing my name or number called for 25 minutes without anyone coming to help the customers.
