We arrived at 9:15 it was very busy so we didn’t get seated until 9:44 we didn’t get approached to be served until 10:30. We ordered our food Wings w sweet chili sauce Seafood Alfredo Cheese Burger and fries 2 kids chicken fingers and fries 5 4 Shirley Temple’s 2 adult 2 children After a while Our food came out staggered, 1st cheeseburger and 1 chicken fingers and fries. Then Our drinks, Next the seafood Alfredo then the other chicken fingers and fries. The fries were good the Alfredo was very very very saucy and super bland there wasn’t enough salt and pepper to repair the seafood was not fresh probably frozen the scallops were tough and chewy the shrimp and salmon was very meh. I finished my food and realized our wings never came . I finally got the waitress and let her know she went to check our order came back and apologized for making the mistake and offered to get them right away it would just take 10 minutes. I told her never mind don’t worry about it it’s OK I was tired and just ready to go she insisted I still declined and she still went and got the wings anyway. She brought the wings out put them on the table with the rainiest ranch dressing I have ever seen or tasted in my life. At This point I just requested two boxes so I could box up the kids chicken fingers they didn’t finish and these wings that were fried so hard I mean severely overcooked and get out of there because we had to get up early to compete the next day. It seemed like an eternity for us to get the two boxes we requested and the check so that we can get out of there we were staying in the attached hotel and didn’t get back to our room till well after midnight. All in all I should’ve just tried the wine because the forage was no good. This was not my first time eating there at eight there once last year when we were in town for a competition and it wasn’t anything spectacular than either however the location of the restaurant is convenient so we just went with it so we didn’t have to leave the hotel or place a takeout order from somewhere else. I probably will never eat there again as the cost was just not worth it I paid $130 for terrible food next time I’ll just order pizza. The service was awesome though and if I was someone who drank I probably would enjoy the atmosphere for a glass of wine...

We ordered several appetizers and our main courses, but the appetizers were brought out at the same time as our main courses. We were disappointed because we expected to have the appetizers before our main meal.
In terms of the prices, I found them to be higher than I expected. The food was just okay, nothing exceptional. My wife ordered the Ratatouille, but it was served cold. My mother-in-law and youngest son ordered chili, which was lukewarm but had a decent flavor. My daughter ordered the Pretzel sticks with queso, but they were hard and tasted stale, as if they were previously frozen. My two older boys ordered chicken tenders, which seemed like they were not freshly made, but rather frozen. Considering the prices, I would have expected fresh food options. The only enjoyable dish was the seasonal fruit.
The service was also average. It seemed like they were short-staffed. When we requested a remake of my wife's cold meal, they took the plate and shook their head. We waited for about 25 minutes and still didn't receive the new plate of food. When I went to check on it, I saw the staff member on her cell phone in the kitchen, which I found unsanitary. When I informed the manager about the delay, she initially disputed the time but eventually checked on the food, which arrived shortly after. To my surprise, the total bill was $163.00 with an automatic 20% service charge added, without any prior notification. “Edit- the menus stated a 18% at bottom in small fine print” But we were charged 20%. This was unexpected, especially considering there were only 8 people in my family.
5-26-2024- Breakfast: We decided to give this place another try, and to my surprise, it was much better. Despite the short staff with only one server, my youngest and I had the French toast, my oldest had a western omelet, and my wife and daughter also had some of my son's French toast as well as a smoothie. Even my mother-in-law had a French toast. We were not disappointed for breakfast. This was a much better experience this morning and they definitely...
Read moreWhile visiting Columbus for a Leafs away game, my wife and I had the pleasure of having a meal here. We weren't sure what to expect, given that it was the embedded restaurant in the lobby of the hotel we were staying at, but after deciding to give it a try, I'm happy to say I'd love to go back again.
We were there for dinner, and after sitting down, did have to wait some time before a server came to give us menus and take our drink orders- in fairness, it was after the hockey game and the lobby (restaurant, really) was full of fellow travelling hockey fans. Our server was friendly, polite, and offered us some suggestions as we were trying to decide a couple options.
I had the Hot Chicken Sandwich with a side of French fries, and my wife had the Beef Satay with a salad, and a side of Sweet Potato Tater Tots (recommended by our server).
We had ZERO regrets about the food- the beef was tender and flavorful, the salad (cranberry pecan) paired nicely with that and mine, which was the best hot chicken sandwich I think I've ever had (and legitimately spicy- this is coming from someone who enjoys spicy foods regularly and has a fairly high tolerance, btw), the fries were crispy and delicious, and I COULD NOT stop eating the tater tots- they were amazing!
The only critique I have would be to maybe offer a chipotle mayo with the sweet potato tots, vs the ketchup that did come with them (although they really don't need anything, and were great on their own)
Overall, the food far exceeded my expectations, the staff was great, and I'd love to eat here again! (Actually, we returned for breakfast the next...
