So McDonald's is always my to go place and it always, almost hits the spot but this time I was super disappointed. My family and I went on a Saturday around 2pm, now in understand the lunch rush might still be going on but the way everything was handled was really bad. Let's start off when I tried to order, I went up to the counter to place an order, I stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone, anybody to come take my order but no one came, even after I made direct contact with about 4 employees nothing. So I went to the kiosk thinking maybe they are just super busy. Next I ordered my food at the kiosk and waited,waited and waited some more. 30 minutes went by and not only myself but people around me that ordered after me started to complain about not getting their food. Eventually the people that started to get loud, started getting their food and mind you they ordered AFTER I did. I went up to an employee and said I didn't understand how they got their food before I did and all she said was I'm sorry sir it's coming up. Okay fine I see here look at a ticket and ask the employee in the kitchen where this order was...she replies with "I already did that order" and the other employee responded with "no you didn't they are still waiting for their food". So I waited another 10 mins to finally get my food which was messed up because I'm assuming they did it fast without reading the instructions for the food. This was a really bad experience and I understand there are bad days but the lack of communication in the back, the lack of acknowledgement from employees to the customer, and the fact they were prioritizing the drive thru and not the lobby was ridiculous. And I am not exaggerating when I say no one acknowledged the lobby customers unless they voiced their opinions and started to complain, then and only then did the employees care. I feel bad for the employee that had to apologize because she was being nice and as helpful as she could, but shame on the manager or senior person that day because not once did they take the responsibility of the whole mess and acknowledge the customer, instead the poor girl had to take the hit.

   Read moreThe only reason this place got 2 stars is because of management. All the Managers are amazing. The crew members not so much. They get my order wrong all the time. There alway's mixing up my drinks. Like I wanted a hot Carmel mocha I specify the hot every time. It even comes up on the screen as I said. They give me a mocha frappe when I get to the window tho. Really every time. Smh the workers are rude or act like your a inconvenience to them. few times I cought a couple people on there phons well the manager was outside. Fixing there mess up. . Then the women at the counter ignored my fiance when he went in to get the missing pieces to my child's happy meal. Absolutely radicals. honestly feel really bad for the management team here. As someone who has worked at McDonald's all over the country. I have never seen people do the stuff this crew does. The managers can't even correct them. They have no time to because they are to busy fixing the mistakes of the crew. It's supposed to be a team effort not a couple people doing it all thing. Honestly and this may seam harsh but it's the truth. They need to get rid of most of the crew and do a new hiring process. Like the owner of my old McDonald's did. So we are in the second lane waiting for a good 10 minutes. No one said anything! âOne second please.. Nothing. And we noticed the car in the other lane was in the same predicament. This whole 10 minute wait there was a creepy looking dude in the back of our car, just standing there, picking up rocks, just looking creepy. So weâve had enough and went to the window to see whatâs going on. âMr. Creepyâ comes running along side of us, jumps in front of our car and said something to the Window employee before powering walking off to god knows where creeping out other customers and whatever. Get to the Window, and asks the nice lady âare you taking orders at the second window?â lady says that she is and that itâs only her taking orders and she canât take orders at the window because âMr Creepyâ is her boss and told her not to.
