McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

EDIT: We go inside to have breakfast, the drink machine was not giving proper quality drinks. All of them were bad. We go to the counter to ask them to replace it, the woman says she wouldn't do it. That they are all the same. Rude. Unprofessional. Do not dine here if you want even minimal decent service. They do not give a damn. Like we use the kiosk and that requires less effort on you when we order, so why act like that when we actually have to interact with you? Garbage place. Do not go here.

Original review: This McDonald's has really gone down hill. I've lived here for over a decade and it's ridiculous at how often they mess up. I've worked fast food, I totally understand it sucks and is hard work. But I have never seen such a high amount of mess ups. There's always something missing from our order. (Very basic meal orders) nothing specific or customized. They just seem to forget something every single time. CHECK YOUR BAGS PEOPLE BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!! They will forget food items. You will lose money if you don't check your bag first... Also the workers always got some level of attitude or they act annoyed to even have to speak to you. I understand that not all places can be as friendly as our Hardeez workers, but dang, y'all could at least be kinda polite?!?! I'm just asking for them to try a tiny bit harder. Give it at least 40% more effort. Otherwise what's the point of coming here anymore? Everywhere else is the same price now. McDonald's isn't cheap anymore. If this place ever changes I will edit my review, but for now it's absolutely sad how downhill this...

We had several different issues over the month of July at both our McDonald's in our small town. Everything from hard very dry fish sandwiches to Quarter Pounder not being fully cooked & cheese off burger stuck to box. Of course we complained and then heard from the District Manager who was very nice & apologetic and sent us a card with her name and info and allow us to get free food so we could give McDonald's another try. We thought by trying our newly remodeld store we would have a much better experience. Unfortunately we were dissappointed again. After explaining to cashier and then waiting 16 mins for manager to address us and acting very put out that she actually had to do her job, she slammed cash register shut grabbed a bag and went to the back. Note that not one time did she speak to us, no hello, no I'm sorry, nothing. We waited another 10 to 13 mins the manager returned and basically threw our bag on counter gave cashier disgusted look, turned and went to the back of store. Not giving me time to thank her or have a better day, just left standing there feeling like 'I' was the one in the wrong. Please also note store was not busy it was around 2pm. Has anyone else had a problem like this? We did not ask for free food. We only wanted McDonald's to realize what was going on in their establishment. I miss the time of a great Big Mac and wonderful shake. We feel sorry for what use to be a great...

Every time I come here, my order is incorrect. The burgers taste dry and cold as if they sit out all day. And yes I eat my burger as soon as they hand it to me and I, like anyone else, expect it to be hot and fresh. The meat doesn’t have any flavor. It tastes like water. Every time in the drive thru I am being rushed by whoever takes my order. They do not give me time to get two words out of my mouth before asking me if I want anything else. This is every single time which is very annoying and rude. The fries are ok sometimes. They stopped salting them, or at least during lunch or after 5 every time I go there isn’t any. This location also pulls me up often without stating what I’m waiting on and I sit for over 10-15 sometimes watching several others get their orders in drive thru. And I get my food and it’s cold and incorrect, which implies to me that they “forgot” about me and any others they “pull up” to wait on orders. This happened a couple of times. Also I want to add that this has nothing to do with Covid 19 because this was going on way before the pandemic. I’ve been to other McDonald locations that had great service and fresh hot food and just as busy. Hopefully someone will see this review from there and try to get everyone’s act together and proper training...
