The young black girl with the Senegalese twist that was working 12/21/2024 at 7:30pm was taking my order and I wanted to order a large fri and a frappe..she told me "they don't have frappes" I said, yall do...It's on your menu..She said in a smart way " we do but our machine is down" I said " well you did not say your machine was down..you said yall don't have any" Then she said "what!?" So when I went to REPEAT what I said she then cut me off and told me to pull around to the front!! Lol. Then I asked to speak to the manager, the said his name was Victoria... I told " Victoria " what happened and "Victoria " was just knoding his head in a way like ok...And...lol. No wonder the employees UNDER management acts the way they act. I asked him who was over him..I would like a number ...He said im not giving you the number... Mind you, i did not ask for a number..I just needed the name...He said im not giving you my general managers number...You can call the number on the wall.. I never asked him for a number. I just wanted the name...So he didnt want to give me any information...You as a manager should take things more serious and care about SOME things..Customer is EVERYTHING to me..Businesses just hire ANYONE to work for them no, no matter how they treat or talk to people. These young people need to learn manners, professionalism, kindness.. It's RIDICULOUS!!! These people are NASTY and unprofessional! That's not even the rude encounter I had there..I let the other one ride but this time I'm fed up.. The food is always nasty and cold ANYWAY..I'm not taking the rude unprofessionalism too!!! Read moreIf you have a disability that requires you to have a service dog DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife and i were harassed on two separate occasions going into this establishment with our service dog. Being told we couldnt have her in the building. She is a small dog, and always stays right by my wifes side. The first time we went in we had her in her carrying case and we were told that she could not be in the store without a leash on even though she was in a carry case. So we left and the second time we came back she was on a leash and we had JUST sat down and one employee, probably a GM asked us if she was a service dog, we told him she was and then he asked for proof. I informed hin that According to the ADA act we did not have to show any paper work to him and so he brings the owner of the store to ask the same line of questioning. We told hin the same that we told the GM that we did not have to show him anything. We decided to leave because it had gotten annoying being harassed so many times at the same establishment. I went to ask for the store number because if we had this happen again next time we were going to take legal action and the owner then promptly told us to leave and then followed us outside to take pictures of us and our car claming that WE were the ones harassing HIM. Read moreI was given burnt food and the wrong order and I called six times after pulling off to explain that I wasn’t given a receipt. I decided to go up to the location the day, following to let them know, and show them my bank statement showing that I paid and the manager barely spoke English and was not comprehending what I was saying, was telling me that my only option was to call corporate and so I asked who the franchise owner was and he said the franchise owner wouldn’t be able to do anything I would need to speak to corporate they wouldn’t be able to remake my food or give me a refund so the best I could do was request coupons and so then he refused to give me a number of where I could call so then I called, hoping to get another person on the line who could give me a number and unfortunately I got this manager and the manager still refused to give me the franchise contact information and told me my only option was to call corporate. I was then able to take the same complaint that I had to a McDonald’s 2 miles away explain to them the situation they apologize on behalf of McDonald’s as a whole , provided me the franchise owners information for the location that I was just at and remade all of my food without me asking zero out of 10 stars would not recommend...
