Went like I’m sure dozens of other people when tonight to the south Hamilton rd location for a .50 deal on a cheeseburger .I debated all night about it so I went last minute. I gave code and rep said it’s been used asked me which deal it was and said some issues withit’s showing used for that deal ?I advised her On my app it showed we got your code meaning she just put it it’s accepted explained to woman on the other end she said well there’s nothing she can do I said I don’t under stand then a manager came on and said you used it it’s nothing we can do . I explained myself it wasn’t used it’s one time use any ways it would disappear I said I’ll pull around and show you my app I pull around there’s a elderly manager at window with cashier I didn’t catch her name but she had long dark gray hair mid 60s maybe ?was very rude about it I said I came all the way here it has to be a glitch she said it’s not you want to buy it or not I’m confused so I say I can regenerate it again since I haven’t used it I do it again she gets the code to work I’m like so it was a glitch she’s like no I’m like it obviously was your system or app and you were being rude saying I already redeemed it she stomped away saying 4 more mins (it was almost midnight ) I think she meant for the coupon to be valid so it sounded like she had a busy long day but also it sounded like she knew there was a glitch and instead of just apologizing for their system overload she rather put it off on me like I’m some rampant coupon scammer . Some people shouldn’t work customer service much yet food industry with that terrible personality and professionalism like that ! She should retire and get a grip and just suck it up that computers suck that’s not on...
Read moreFirst, we get to the first window where you pay and the lady is standing there with her back leaned against the window and she is on her phone. After about 10 seconds she realizes we’re there, turns around, and walks away. Another lady with her hands full comes and we ask if we pay there or at the next window, she tells us that we pay there and we pay. We then pull up to the next window to get our food. We ask for a buffalo sauce in case they forget to put it in there, since a lot of the time that happens. The lady says sure, then asks us to pull up and wait for our food. We then ask again if she is able to put the buffalo sauce in the bag, since she did not hand it to us when we asked the first time. She is bent over with her hand on her chin and just shakes her head, yes. We pull up and are waiting 10 minutes for our food to come out. When it comes out, I check the bag to make sure everything was in there. We had all of our food, except for the buffalo sauce. Since it was after 10 pm we decided not to bother with it and just go back to our hotel. When we got back to the hotel, I open my Egg McMuffin since that was what i ordered, and find that it is a burnt muffin with a folded square yellow egg inside. There was no ham, no cheese, and a yellow egg, when it is not supposed to be yellow, it is supposed to be a white egg. It was a totally different type of egg put inside than what was supposed to be. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I just recently went to this location and ordered what I normally order which is a bacon mc double and a sausage mc muffin. I ultimately got served some tainted food and I am currently suffering from food poisoning as of right now. I really dislike this location because after midnight they always say that their computers are down, or that they are only serving fries and drinks. I one time sat in line for over 20 minutes juss to get to the menu board for them to say that they can't take my order because of their system went down. I think that they just want to be lazy in my opinion. Everytime I get my food it's either hard as a brick, or it's just plain gross, or not what I ordered.
