This place is one of few to inspire a five-star review, but it has genuinely become my favorite regular spot for drinks and debauchery in the Columbus area. It's a quaint, divey little pub - brings a welcoming small-town feel to the city. Family owned and operated; I can name most of the people who work here, and they almost all know my name in return. The beer is cold, liqueur selection is adequate, food is phenomenal, and the vibe I just what I was hoping for.

Fun old style pub with bucket seats at the bar and several booths as well as outdoor seating. Good beer selection, well poured drinks and excellent food. Small parking lot but free street parking is a short walk up High St. Bartenders are pleasant but sometimes do more socializing than serving. Get her name as soon as you sit down and don't be shy. No wifi here. I would give five stars if the drinks were cheaper.

Great pub where everyone is friendly and the food tastes great! It is kid friendly and they offer a small kids menu which is nice! I recommend the wings, pepper burger, and meat loaf special...it's all good and I think those wings are better than most wing chains that specialize in them! Go try them! I didn't take any food pics but I plan to go back soon!

Let me preface this review by letting people know this is a… good ol boy bar. Despite being generally aware of this, it was near Saint Pattys Day, so our group was trying Irish sounding bars. We came in last night to grab a couple drinks. We walked in the place was pretty full, but luckily a table was open. Our party of five went to sit down but we’re told by the bartender very sternly “ONLY FOUR AT A TABLE”. We went over to the booths to find a spot for five and nothing was open, a few of my party decided to use the restroom and wait a couple minutes for a booth to open up. After a few minutes went by, no one came to ask us if we needed a seat. We asked the bartender if we could just pull up a chair to the four top. Eye contact, but no response. We all just decided to leave. On our way out, someone who worked there asked “Are you good? Why did you just come in to use the bathroom”. We told him there was no place to sit and they wouldnt let us sit at the four top. He replied “whatever, that seems awfully suspicious”. Dude was clearly tipsy too. Place seemed fine inside but just very weird how combative they were with 5 people coming for the first time and willing to spend hundreds of dollars on drinks. Seems like the clientele is just older (50-70 year old) white men so if that’s your demo, you’ll be fine. Really, the place just confirmed the reputation it has if you live anywhere remotely close to the area. Avoid this place if you’re younger, looking to have a couple drinks, have a female in your party, and want...

O'Reilly's continues to be a favorite of mine, and is a Columbus treasure !! I always look forward to seeing the green & white sign during my trips on High Street in Clintonville. They sure don't go out of their way to make places like O'Reilly's these days. Fortunately, the original ones tend to last for many years, despite even a Pandemic.

This is a well-seasoned neighborhood place, like those I have been frequenting for more than 60 years. My father provided my earliest introductions to places like O'Reilly's. Thanks, Dad !! He would've been a fan, too. The walls could tell some amazing stories !! I won't provide a detailed description. It's not fancy, but very welcoming. The people there (thanks, Beth !!) are special. She advised me that the kitchen would be restoring their excellent lunch menus in the not too distant future, which pleased me greatly. The food is good and tasty, and you might find something that you haven't had since Mom made it for you when you were a kid. If you're new to O'Reilly's, do yourself a favor, stop in and find out what you've been missing firsthand. Strike up a conversation with whoever is behind the bar (if they're not too busy) and someone sitting nearby, and at least get a plastic cup of Dave's salty redskin peanuts with your beverage. I'm guessing you'll...

I went here with my best friend and my wife of 5 years. I went here with my friend cuz our birthdays fall on the same day may 30th it was his 21st im 26 I thought id take him out for his first legal drank the staf was rude as F and gave us dirty looks as soon as we sat down. my wife likes to put on make up when we go out but the bar was a saprise for my friend so she dident know we where going. When we got there she went to the bathroom to put on her makeup and the staff there ask me if they need to "go check on her" with a really cockie attude. any way I blew it off played nice and got our dranks I had one white rusian got my friend 3 dranks and my wife one tipping for every drank we played darts and got ready to leave my wife went to pee and they got cockie again asking me if theyed need to check on her again I got cockie tone back this time and told those B`s she'll be fine shes just peeing. I wouldent sugest this pub to ANYONE and ill never ever go back there again..... UPDATE it's been oh most 2 years since I went here and I still tell everyone I know just how horrible of a experience it was to go here, its literally the worst place I've ever gone to spend my hard earned money I'll never get over how rude those bartenders where to us...
