We love pho so we decided to give this place a try. Upon entry we were warmly greeted. The inside was clean and beautiful with plenty of seating despite having a large amount of diners present. We were seated and got our menus swiftly. Unfortunately, the menu did not offer many of the items that other local pho restaurants do. There was no chicken option for the pho or grilled meats with rice and veggies and also no short ribs. Might I mention that several menu option were not available. I kind of expected that being that it has only been open a few days. When we got our food it was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed my pho. My wife however, who would probably eat pho everyday if she could, was not impressed. She quickly pointed out that it was missing some of the meat she requested. The waiter apologized and went to the kitchen to bring some out but it was not the correct meat. Our waiter was pretty good but would only fill our refill drinks up just past halfway. As we looked around we noticed all of the servers doing the same thing. I'm guessing it is the owners policy. He also seemed a bit nervous but did his best to make sure we had everything we needed.

Additionally as we sat there and enjoyed for about an hour, we noticed that the owner or manager, went table to table greeting and talking to all of the Asian customers but did not once approach a table that had customers of other races.

Lastly, at 8:41 (online says they close at 9:30) one of the employees began to vaccume the floors as children from a few of the other tables began to loudly run around the restaurant and play. Their parents, nor anyone from the restaurant staff, made any attempt to stop them. In fact, one of the servers joined in for about a minute. This lead us to believe that the owners and people from the tables were friends or closely related.

All in all this is not a bad place to check out. However, some things will need to change if they really want to be able to last and compete with Uptown Vietnam or Big Mama's. The owner/manager only greeting customers that looked like him is enough for me...

Let me just start off by saying that I LOVE Pho! Been eating it for over 20 years now. I've had my eye on this place since I first seen the sign and could not wait to try it. Anywho let me get to the experience and food. The restaurant is beautiful, large and clean. The waiter I had was a nice young man. I order a B4 and got my food pretty quick. The bowl was nice size and had plenty enough food. Lots of noodles and meat. The noodles were slightly underdone but I much prefer that over over cooked soggy noodles. The meat could have been tender, it was a little tough to chew. I tasted the broth before I added anything and my 1st thought was too much fish sauce. It had a very fishy under tone to it. It still tasted a bit fishy after I added Sriracha, chili oil, and black pepper. Halfway into eating my food I noticed a piece of squid which should have never been in there. Anyway towards the end I decided to eat the piece of squid which was a horrible idea. It was soo pungent and fishy tasting. Mind you I like and eat squid. If it would have been my 1st bite I would never have eaten the bowl. It left a nasty taste in my mouth. The fact that they have a seafood Pho and the broth tastes soo fishy let's me know they are heating all the meat up in the same pot of beef broth which is a horrible idea. Over all the pho was decent. The price was super high for it to only be...

So today we tried Pho SaiGon and overall it was a great experience.

For appetizers we had shrimp and pork spring rolls. They were bigger than normal. The peanut sauce was a little pasty from the peanuts, but I added hoisin and it was delicious after that.

The avocado smoothie definitely tastes authentic. It's creamy and not too sweet, not too bitter. I had boboa added to mine which was just the right texture if you're a boboa lover.

We both had the Seafood pho which has shrimp, squid and scallops. It was definitely a decent amount of seafood. However, not enough noodles in our opinion. They only offer one size which to me compared to other pho restaurants is a small.

My fiance also had shrimp egg rolls. Their egg rolls do not come with sweet chili sauce like competitors, but they come with fish sauce which is more authentic. I like it, but I know sweet chili is the popular favorite.

The service was excellent which can make or break an experience. Our server was Peter and he kept checking on us and kept us laughing. The owner also came over to ask our opinion. He even cleaned tables in his fancy clothes. Everyone was very humble.

They have a music area and I was told they will play vietnamese style music with a live band on Saturdays. Overall the atmosphere was nice everything is clean, well lit, and bathrooms were nice. We...

Right when you walk in the atmosphere is amazing! Super spacious plenty of seating and stage for live music. We order a few different things off the menu for appetizers we had the spring rolls. OMG the peanut sauce is addicting can't get enough of it. Then I had the pho chicken that was so flavorful and delicious like I didn't even need to add much more to it cause it had so much flavor. We also had their special Rice with Rotisserie Chicken. The tenderness of that chicken and the flavor are mouth watering. Another person ordered the rice with grilled pork and that was also fantastic! Portions are HUGE. My family is partially Vietnamese and my parents said this is one of the best food and experiences they ever had. Definitely tastes authentic reminds me of my grandma's cooking! Service was quick and efficient. Servers were so friendly and provided awesome tips and recommendations. Definitely coming back. Check this place out y'all!!
