PJ's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Columbus

$70 order, 4 sandwiches (one with a modification), 2 sides. Received 3 sandwiches, 2 sides. I called and was told that someone forgot one. Ok, mistakes happen, but the guy didn't even apologize. He said I guess we can make it again or give you a credit. Of course I want the last sandwich, or someone wasn't eating. He told me 15 to 20 minutes. I asked if it could be prioritized and he said there was a group of people in front of me. I was angry at this point. Why should I wait even longer for a sandwich I didn't receive after I already waited for my initial order? I asked if he was offering anything for the double trip and double wait, he just rudely asked, I don't know, what do you want? The guy on the phone had zero interest in creating long term customers, he was so rude. And knowing that, the management or owners can't care because they allow it. I finally open the sides and there's styrofoam melted onto the hush puppies, and the mozzarella sticks were plain with no flavor or sauce (could have bought them from Walmart) They were supposed to be Mexican mozzarella sticks, but they just crossed that off my order and replaced that with something else without informing me. To top it off, and this is the best part. The carrot cake they comped for the return visit had a piece of plastic in that I discovered while chewing on it. I can't make this up. Wasn't expecting great food just your average greasy late night food for delivery and was excited I found a place that delivers late as I get off work pretty late. I had ordered beer fries and received fries with some kind of chili powder. Not terrible except they were pretty soggy, but not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and was told that I received the right thing and that their beer fries are seasoned. When I asked if they were supposed to have beer in them I was told no. So okay fine I misunderstood the menu but there was no description of the fries and I assumed they were beer batter or beer soaked fries. Nope. Didn't get what I wanted and nothing was done to try to make me happy.

Their menu is pretty vague, I definitely would call if you want to place an order for delivery.

Ordered through door dash not sure why but the name is completely different there, it’s listed as “philly fresh cheesesteaks”. Maybe they renamed it and just haven’t updated the app idk but There is nothing philly about the cheesesteak they served me. it was dry, didn’t look even remotely close to the size of the sandwich I thought I would get (which is disappointing for a 9 dollar price point for the sandwich alone). Only good thing I can say is that it was seasoned well. I also ordered sides including a container of mac n cheese that costed 5 dollars which is disappointing considering it tasted like somebody took a 2 dollar box of kraft and maybe added a little bit of real cheese to it.
