Placed a mobile order to avoid any confusion, which was obviously a mistake. Literally ordered two 3-piece meals, nothing fancy. Got in the drive thru line with two people ahead of us, nobody inside waiting. They asked my name 3 times on the mobile order at the speaker, then the woman said a completely different name when I pulled around to the first window, obviously confused somehow. She told me to wait at the second window. Sat there for at least 10 minutes with no service or acknowledgement of any kind while at least 5 other cars came up behind us and got food and left. After a while of literally nobody else coming through the drive through, I finally pulled around and asked if maybe they forgot us. Was told in an annoyed tone that they were “about to bring it out” but were waiting on the strawberry biscuits. (We didn’t order strawberry biscuits). Pulled back around to the window as instructed and said we didn’t order strawberry biscuits and was angrily handed a bag of food by a woman who yelled “You’re welcome” at me. Look if there’s a mistake or delay, just say that. Don’t make me wait without acknowledging me for 10+ mins and then get rude when I politely ask...
Read moreI suggest no one go or order from this location. My last three orders were wrong, and I mean wrong. They delivered me a cold sandwich and fries, which I didn't order. I ordered over 70.00 worth of food, and not one thing was in the bag, just the two cold things. I went to the restaurant to ask what happened and what I needed to do. The inside was closed, so I had to walk thru the drive thru. I got to the window and asked for a manager. The young man was laughing (not helping), and the manager was ignoring me (she was the only one working doing anything). I said very nicely my order was wrong when it was delivered. She screamed it was doordashes fault to call them. And said, "Get out of the drive thru. I then said, "Excuse me, can you help me?" Then she threatened me with the police and was going to throw food at me. I have never been treated so badly. I got my money back through doordash, but that manager does not need to be working there. No one deserves to be treated that way. I get tired of making everyone stressed, but that was bad service. I am not letting this go either, I am going to call corporate. They don't even deserve one star...
Read moreFor management, I'm a food delivery driver, one of your staff members were helping me with an order for a customer, but he forgot about the second water bottle, he proceeded to say the customer called him and said he don't need the second water bottle, 5 seconds later the staff said just in case I'll give you the other water bottle, while I was texting the customer about how the staff member was lying. The customer said no he never called, and I said to myself why would a staff member bluntly lie to me in front of my face, I knew it was a lie, but it would of been more truthful if he just said I forgot let me put in that second water bottle. Why I knew the staff member lied saying that the customer called was that nobody would call in saying that and two... the customer would of edited or cancel the order if so so that was incredibly stupid on the staff members lie to me inside the diner. I will edit this for 5 stars on service only if the staff member apologizes to me the next times I come in for other customers orders. Actually I'm going to edit now from 1 star to 5 on service, but manager needs...
