This was the worst experience I've had in a long time!! I ordered online, to pick up in the store/restaurant. When I get there, I stood at the desk for a moment and since others were in front of me, I decided I'll use the bathroom, but it was locked. I asked the store rep, "Can I use the bathroom, please?" She says, "No, it's for dine-in customers only." I felt that was weird because a customer is a customer, paying the same amount for the same products, right?! Anyway, she continued with the customers in front of me laughing and taking their order, which was also a to go order, mine was a pick up /to go order. When she was done with their order she says, "Ok, come on and I'll let you guys use the bathroom " and walks them to the bathroom to let them in. I thought "Wow, how rude to deny me the bathroom, and in my face, take another person who is NOT dining in, use the bathroom. Anyway I then ask the next rep for my order and give her my name. She turns around looking for it. The other rep, that took the customers to the bathroom, returns and says "oh I couldn't fill your order, we didn't have all of your chicken in spicy. If you want half in original crispy, I can give you that, otherwise I can't give you anything. " I said that I didnt like the original crispy. But since she had 2 spicy legs and if she could add one spicy thigh, that will work. She said no. I said that will give me at least half my order and if she or customer service can refund the other half so I could at least have something. She says "no, I can't give you anything! It will look bad on the store if I give you half of your order." I said "I don't want to wait 7-10 days for a refund on my money, when she can fill most of my order and work with me at least." She says "no I can't do that."
So, you can't or you won't? Which is it? Just like not letting me use the bathroom and I'm another paying customer. I didn't have enough money personally to put in another order separately so this was very upsetting. As a single mom I've been working hard, as many of us do. People don't have 7-10 days to wait for their money to be returned. Especially when you can remedy the situation partially, in some way to satisfy your customer. I walked away without my money or food....for 7-10 days!! 😮💨😠🙄 Not to mention that as I walked out the store rep was saying something to the others about me and started laughing. I don't care too much about that part, other than to say how unprofessional it was of them.

Read moreOn 9/4/24 @ 3:00pm I dropped into Popeyes to cash in on my survey code that goes on the back of the receipt !!!! I waited in line for about 20 to 30 minutes 🤦🏽♂️ before it was my turn I hand the young lady my receipt and let her know that it was a survey meal as normal. They have to get the manager, so the manager can put their information in. As Well, just so happened that this manager wanted to tell me that my survey coupon was wrong😳 I’m like how is that!!?? so she starts to explain what was wrong with my survey coupon receipt after further listening to her ! Come to find out The only problem that was wrong with the receipt was that part of the fine print at the bottom Of the receipt, that says enjoy two pieces of chicken and free biscuit with purchase ((((literally)))) 🤦🏽♂️ that part didn’t make it off the printer From my last purchase !!! 🤦🏽♂️ So I kindly told her that I’ll tell you what don’t worry about it. I’ll just go to another Popeyes so I reach for my receipt back ((((((And I did not try to snatch it back !!!!!))))))) (((((((((😒 Because you know people get the Lying )))))where she did not want to let it go. So the receipt tour!!! After realizing that she made a whole scene for literally 2 inches from the bottom half of a receipt for a (((survey code))) She then thought about it, and I kindly asked for my receipt back and told her I’ve been doing my surveys for years And I’m pretty sure I do not need lectured on how to turn in a survey code receipt. I’ve never had this problem even times where I didn’t even have my receipt. But I had the digital copy they give you with the validation code after you finish the survey.

Read moreThis restaurant was so packed they didn't even have people that already ordered or people that ordered online in separate lines or waiting to the side so other people can walk in and order or pick up their online orders also it took them forever to get the food ready. One of the ladies that was doing the cash register was very rude to the customers when they was trying to ask her a question about their order orders online and she just told them that she was taking people that was ordering their first and the orders online can wait they had a bunch of workers in there and none of them was organized at all there was a person in there that was there for 45 minutes and one that was in there for almost 2 hours waiting for an online order to deliver to a customer and when I finally made it to the counter after 20 minutes they did my order before they even did theirs so they wasn't even going in order of who was there first which is unfair to other customers the workers that was preparing the food and taking care of customers was actually polite and trying to get everything done as quickly as possible it was just that one Pacific lady that was working the cash register she was also being rude to customers that wasn't even rude to her or anything all they wanted to do was ask a question or order their food and she didn't want to answer any of their questions I don't think I would ever go here again to pick up an online order or order if something for myself in store especially if that lady is working. So if you want to get something at this Popeyes and you're willing to wait and be talked to rudely then this would be the Popeyes you would...
