Rally's — Restaurant in Columbus

I have to start off with the younger girl who was one of three people working in there tonight and was extremely nice and had a very pretty personality. 😁 But without being said the other girl who was working which I take was her manager was absolutely rude and I'm professional. I live about a half a mile down the road and walked in through the front door where I thought I was allowed to order my food and was going to do so but as I was telling my order to the nicer pretty young girl, for absolutely no reason the manager walked up and shut off the register and said that uh-uh we ain't doing that it's shut down and turned around and walked away and the younger girl looked at me and said I'm sorry she shut it down but she then told me I could order my food online and come pick it up so I walked back out into the freezing cold to order my food because I figured if I stood in there she would have something to say to me and I ordered my food and walked back in and stood there very gentleman like but in viewing distance so they can see me and the window but I politely stood there until everyone else was served she then said do you know who's at the window in the younger girl grabbed my food and brought it over to me and greeted me nicely and gave me my food but I couldn't help but notice that the manager was shaking her head and kept looking at me like I had just been so disgraceful for walking in that door and purchasing food. I know they get busy at all rallies but if you apply for a job especially a management position you should know what you're getting yourself into and you should be a positive role model for the rest of your employees instead of showing rude behavior to their customers and I'm sure rude behavior to the employees as well. Otherwise my food was fantastic but I think I'll choose otherwise if so happened the gas station happens to be close without me...

I ordered 3 rally burgers WITH cheese specifically and of course there was no cheese on any of my burgers. Very disappointing as the guy in the drive-thru didn't even seem to want to be there with a very monotone "what can I get you" it just sucks because I'm sure if I went back and complained the food would be worse Intentionally, because it seems none of the folks that work there. Want to be at work. I Tried calling the store 5 times back-to-back (immediately after leaving) with no answer. This will be the last time that I go to this location. I've tried to eat here 3 or 4 times and EVERY single time. The food either sucks or it's just completely wrong. Cold burgers are not appealing whatsoever. And for the price that I pay. It's just not worth it at all. I would hope that corporate or someone in management would care enough to go in and find out what's going on. So if you go to this location, just expect bad service from people who don't want to be there and food that they Couldn't care less about. I am extremely unhappy and just threw my food away. They really need to get better employees AND management. These people want 15 bucks an hour for what? They barely do their jobs, food is always sloppy, cold or just plain wrong. I'm not sure if they don't read the order screen or if they just don't care. They need new management extremely bad. As most all of the reviews are horrible now that I've looked through them. It's apparent not even the people who sit in an office and click buttons all day care enough to try to get the problems fixed. Rally's on North High Street has their hours posted online that they're open till 5:00 a.m. So me and a lot of other customers whom I hope also complained order online only to show up being motioned way like Stray Cats or vagrants begging for something that we were entitled to l. since then I have yet to receive a refund or any gratuity from the institution over 3 days later no money no food no condolences I've lived through three times seeing if they would try to satisfy me as a customer's I continue to waste my gas and be being told sternly no and being treated like they're angry at me like this is not my this fault. Not even offered an ice cream cone. I keep being told that a coupon is coming and that my refund has been issued but that night when I ordered it was all the money that I had because they accepted an order and my money the end result was me actually going hungry for a ridiculous period of time and after All the Troubles been caused they have still not changed their open and closed hours on Google it still says they're open till 5:00 a.m. even though they were not except orders past 4:00 a.m. And you can still through Google order food past 4:00 a.m. Even though they will refuse to complete the order if it's past 4:00 a.m. They have still filled to change their open and close times to what's correct and on Google what's more is it only says they're open until 5:00 a.m. It goes on to say that these store hours have been verified within the last 4 weeks find it completely irresponsible and unscrupulous and rather bold of them to continue on grossly and negligently inconveniencing and downright harming me the public in which they're supposed to serve and satisfy something...
