Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I have never been so appalled. I mean, it was truly unacceptable. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:03p. 28 minutes later...I get to the intercom. The only reason I didn't wait longer to get to the intercom is because people in front of me kept leaving due to the long wait time. So I get to the intercom... And no one takes my order! So at this point, I'm finally verbalizing my angst to my son, whom was in the back seat. I said to him: "Wowww this is the worst ever!" Apparently the workers heard me because a girl finally spoke thru the intercom and said "Ma'am I'm sorry, we only have 3 people today, we'll get your order when we can". Then, a man gets on and says pretty much the same thing, only adding "we're swamped" I told him "Ok well I've been in line for over 28 minutes at this time". He then rudely asks: "So what is it that you want me to do?" I'm shocked at this point. But it only got worse....I replied " I want you to take my order, then I want you to make my order". He says: "Well you can't MAKE ME make your food, or take your order. You're not being very understanding, I'm telling you we'll get to it when we can" Umm excuse me?? At this point I hadn't even raised my voice. I immediately informed him that I would be recording the interaction and calling corporate. I called them while STILL waiting for someone to take my order while I'm sitting at the intercom. As soon as I placed the corporate line on speakerphone... The same guy came thru on the intercom in a COMPLETELY different, suddenly polite, tone. I placed my order and someone from corporate picked up and I began describing my experience there. I am supposed to be receiving a call back in a few days. I will NEVER go back to that...
Read moreRatchet and ghetto workers working there and let me be clear, "ghetto" is not a synonym for for black. But I do not like how I was treated by a certain female worker in there who had the worst attitude. She needs to learn how to talk to customers in a polite and professional manner. Her attitude was straight trash. I spent 20 minutes in the drive through, finally when I do get up to the speaker box, the fast food worker told me to hold on. Which was already annoying. So I have to wait 10 extra minutes. Meanwhile I am waiting and talking to someone I had with me in the passenger seat telling them how I cant believe we had to wait so long to which the worker comes back on the speaker box to tell me very rudely "We are understaffed." in a snippy tone. OK...I wasn't even talking to you...If I am having a conversation with someone who is sitting in my car and venting to them how slow you all have been that does not give you the right to snap at me. It is not my fault you are understaffed, and I didn't force you to apply to Rally's so chill...She finally takes our order and once we get done ordering she very rudley says "Ok. Pull up!" No good communication skills whatsoever. She needs to learn how to talk to people because that was just ridiculous. The rest of the workers in there don't know their behinds from their elbows...I will never come back. One of the worst mistakes of my life...
Read moreI ordered my meal that contained 3 burgers. Big Burford and two Rally burgers. Got home and started eating, I was hungry so at first I didn't notice, so yes I took three bites of my Big Buford before I realized all I'm eating was just meat and bread, it had no tomatoes, lettuce, or onions and no cheese. Then I asked my girlfriend and son if their's did and their's didn't neither. So I took our food back up there, then they informed me that they were out of those things, that's why it wasn't on there. So we asked for a refund and they refused to give us one since we ate it. And I asked why didn't they tell us before we paid, and she said she didn't know the speaker didn't update that they was out of those items. So I asked if she could make me a different burger since she wouldn't give a refund, and she said no since I eat half of it already. So now I'm out of my money and food because they opened and went through my food.
