Easily my favorite hibachi place in town. Food is fast, no matter how big of an order I place it's always ready within 15 minutes. Orders are spot on accurate, can't recall a single hiccup over a dozen + orders ranging from 2 to 8 entrees per order riddled with custom instructions I.E. extra veggies, sauce, etc. Food itself is very tasty, I'm reminded of how good it is every time I get hibachi from another place closer to work and wish it was closer to me. Staff is always helpful and great about taking phone orders. It might look like a little hole in the wall spot but it cranks out some delicious hibachi.

It was Valentine's Day, and City Barbecue was about to close because they didn't have enough food. Wow! My daughter wanted to go there but that wasn't happening. I mentioned Hibachi Express, and she was fine with it. We ordered the food, and it took a while, but it was ok because it gave me and my daughter time to talk. They are usually prompt with the food. My daughter was very pleased with her shrimp and salmon 😋 and I was good with my chicken and shrimp.

I use to love this place, now I'm done. They have a younger group of cooks which wouldn't be bad if they had passion about what they were doing. My vegetables were burnt, the salmon bland and could have been cooked longer, asked for double vegetables it wasn't. They need to bring in the seasoned cooks to train the younger on how to properly cook the food, wasn't pleased at all

UPDATED 12/23/18: I came to this location just last week and asked if they can cook my vegetable Hibachi with no seasoning, meaning not salt, soy or teriyaki. They did it just as I needed it. I went again the next night and asked for the same thing. They put soy and teriyaki in it. The cashier was nice enough and ask the cook redo it but one of the girls came with an attitude and was like we're not doing any more special orders and she was really rude about it so my 2 star rating goes down 1 star.

9/2018 If you've ate at this place 2 and 3 years ago in 2018 it is not the same place their menu is reduced they've gotten rid of the sushi even though it still says it on the door and you see pictures here they no longer serve sushi and it's been like that for nearly a year. They also don't have fried chicken that's been like that for almost a year they've taken some things off of the menu and they reduce the sizes of your food but the prices the same I'm done with them. I just went September 21st 2018 I ordered the shrimp hibachi with no rice the shrimp was smaller than what it used to be a year or two ago it was burnt the flavor was off and all I got was cabbage so I pretty much shrimp and cabbage they didn't even mix any other...

The flavor is great, and the portion sizes are a decent size. They are frequently busy and do not enforce social distancing in their small lobby. The lady taking my order rolled her eyes when I asked for the egg sauce on the side and seemed unhappy to have an order over $70. It took just over 30 minutes for them to start bagging the order because every other customer’s orders would get bagged first. After I was the only person left in the lobby they tried to put the order together quickly but realized some other customer was given the egg sauce Meant for my order. After waiting another 5 minutes they finished and sent me on my way without even saying sorry or thank you. I will never be ordering...

Always made fresh to order. Several different options to choose from to add into the Hibachi order. Different meat add-ons, like chicken, steak, shrimp. Then there's the add-on veggies like zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, etc. They even have several appetizer options, my personal favorite being the crab rangoon, which is also made fresh to order. I'm not sure if there are still desserts but they did have fried ice cream and a few others choices at one point. The one thing I do miss was the dine-in experience. Where you could sit and be served. Now you can sit and eat, after you've place your order at the front. So its much more take-out style these days. Great...
