Spectacular service. Owners are family who runs this business. We visited this place twice since they opened and both the times, we had very good service. All their turkish made rugs are of very good quality. We bought 2 rugs.. 8 by 10 and 11 by 15 and their discounted price fit our budget. They gave us free same day home delivery and set the carpets for us in our great room and rec room. We were confused on two 8 by 10 rugs and they left both those rugs at our home so we can decide one and return other. To top this, we received a call from them that we will receive an extra credit of $90 which they will give us back. This was a pleasant surprise for us as we had already paid for our purchase and did not expect this 'good will' gift. We moved to a new apartment and it had tile all over the floors in both living room and bedroom. So it was time to buy some rugs. I've always been a fan of oriental rugs and this place is exactly what I was looking for! When I was hesitating about which rug to buy, the salesman was so kind and offered to take two of them home and try them out. It was awesome! We immediately saw that the 7 x 9 rug is too small for our space and it was nice we could see it without actually buying it. What I also like is that the store has a very large selection of rugs no matter what your budget is. So if you like one particular style and it is too expensive for you, you can always find something similar but much cheaper.
