Considering you were aware of "the specific time" I arrived you know the events that had occured. I saw lunch food swapped well past dinner hours. I went to dinner prior and experienced different frozen meats than lunch, which the employee who did so confirmed it by switching it.

This is not about pricing, it is of value. If a customer is put in dinner price, there is an expectation of ALL dinner offerings. Leaving lunch items out is a break of that. There is an issue when customers believe they are in lunch still.

The sparkling soda fridge in public eye is a feature, hiding it from sight is a removal. Customer satisfaction is a critical point, and I was not satisfied by experience for these reasons. No resolution by managment in the visit makes it further disappointing. It makes the appearance of "customer is at fault" when clear operating issues occur. I am not returning to ER-GE to experience that again.

After being frequent customers of ER-GE it saddens to say I won't be visiting any time soon. The major issue I came at early dinner. My time there were a large amount of lunch items available, and we visited around the swap. It was well past 4 and they just now swapped frozen meats.

Also there were many items missing from previous times (I have been to both dinner and lunch) like the king crab legs and sparkling soda fridge. More features cut from previous visits.

I mentioned that to staff regarding the dissatisfaction on buffet but to no resolution other than apologies and "unable to edit due to system"

There was a plastic wrapping on one of SO's crab which was unknowingly put into the soup. Our server claimed that was the case, but offered no solution, no swap of soup? In addition she randomly turned off our grill "because of the smoke" when theres vents. I asked for a replacement top.

I had the most amazing dining experience at ErGe Hotpot and Buffet! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at this restaurant. The food itself was good, but what ruined the entire visit was the terrible service.

One of the staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional. Shockingly, the lady at entrance door yelled at a 3-year-old boy and told him to throw away his half-finished ice cream immediately. Not only was this unnecessary, it was completely unacceptable to treat a child that way. We had enough time to stay longer to finish the ice cream there but we were thinking to leave early to create space for following people.

Restaurants should create a welcoming environment for families, but this place did the opposite. We left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who values good service or...
