Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

There is a Guy called NIC he is so arrogant..I am not sure what kind of polices Starbucks had when I said lite ice he gave me 3/4 drink of the large size. This is the routine I do Mango Dragon Fruit Refreshner lite Ice and it always the drink of full cup. He just wants to play that way. But I always been to this place twice a week atleast and there are other ladies Abida and other two ladies they are really nice and good at customer service.

I am adding more because this guy Never changes, they are out of Venti cups and he gave me in XL like half and told me it is because I ordered Venti and lite Ice.

Starbucks(Owner) pls explain me does it mean less drink when we say light ice. If that is not the case pls explain ur employee NIC that is not how it works it is the option that comes with the drink if...

Super rude. I smiled at the lady taking my order and she just stood there staring with an irritated expression. When she mistook my drink, I said it was fine and was gonna go with whatever she made; but she just snatches it and dumps it in the sink to make a new one while being annoyed. Like girl, I never asked you to make me a new drink and I wouldn’t wanna bother you. I had said it’s fine and was going to go with it. After she makes me a new one, which looked really dark, she asked me “Anymore problem now,” I said to her, “No it’s fine” and left even though she mistook my drink for the second time. Yesterday I went in the lady so rude stood there saw me come in and she is just putting stuff away cleaning and then said what do you want I told her welll her remark we don't have any thing to make your drink then my co worker goes in and wants a Carmel frap she told her the same we don't have no ingredients to make any drinks and all I wanted was a pink drink with Xtra vanilla I mean wow this lady should not be there if she don't want to make no drinks I know I will tell everyone I know what happened and not go there I mean why open if you have no ingredients at all in the whole store seriously?
