Did a mobile order at 2:50pm. Waited 10 min before even leaving to pick up my order. Got to the location and the drive-thru wasn't moving so after waiting 10 minutes I drove around and went inside. Once inside I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, even after they gave another customer their order right in front of me. Once I was finally acknowledged, I told them that I was waiting for a mobile order that I had put in long before I even arrived, and wouldn't you know my order still wasn't done. So then they bagged up a few items and handed it to me, I asked if they made sure that they didn't put any tomatoes on any of it since I'm allergic and requested it on my order. At that point the girl that was making all the food said "Oh God" with a major attitude and a loud groan. That's when we realized they had given me someone else's order cuz that order didn't say no tomatoes, even though we had the same name, just spelled different.
My order still didn't get made until they finished all the other orders they had right at that time, even though I had put it in at 2:50pm, and it was before all those orders. I didn't even leave there until 3:35pm, and that was just for a Crispy Chicken taco, and a Chalupa, which you can tell by the pics were horribly made. Barely any lettuce, and a like a tiny hint of cheese on the Crispy Chicken taco, which for the price is absolutely ridiculous. The Chalupa barely had any meat on it at all.
This is the closest to location to my work, and it never fails that there's ALWAYS some kind of issue with the food and the employees attitudes every single time I go in there. I've been in the food service business myself for over 25 years, and I understand that it can get really crazy really fast, but that doesn't mean that you still can't provide good customer service. Our order was only 2 box meals a quesadilla and a crunch wrap.. so I was surprised when they told us to go park in the parking lot and they'll bring it out to us. That's after they gave me my over $2 in change in Nickels.. all NICKELS.. nothing but NICKELS!! After 10 mins waiting in the parking lot I called the store number and asked to speak to a manager about my order.. the woman who answered the phone was very rude ànd said hold on.. I could hear her on the phone ask the manager (I'm guessing) about how long she should tell me my order would be.. she comes back and said they would be out shortly with our order.. so I sent my husband in there to get our order because we were in a hurry. After another 5-10 more minutes my husband comes out with the food and tells me to never come to this Taco Bell again because it was kinda dirty on the inside! After we get to our destination and start going through our food we realized that they made both our box's wrong.. one was supposed to have no sour cream and the other was supposed to have no lettuce. Read moreThe manager is an absolute jerk. I put in a mobile app order. The app instructed me give my name at the drive thru. The woman at the speaker told me to drive around to the window. At the window, I was told I had to go inside to get my order. I was confused and asked "why?" The worker said the order was put in as an inside pick up, so I had to go inside. I explained that the app didn't say anything about that and could she just pass my order through the window since I was already there. We went back and forth and then the manager from the food prep counter coldly says "we're making your order right now" Then he looks at his workers and says "close the window". I pull around and park. Just to double check if I'd made an error, I started another order to see what it said. Same thing, "give my name at the drive through". I walk in to get my order, which is ready, and I read what the app says and try to show it to the manager. He says "I don't need to see your app". I said "Don't you want to follow your company's policy?" He said "I do". No apology. Clearly didn't give a crap about pleasing the customer. When I get home, my order is wrong. I definitely recommend staying away from this location, at least when he's on shift. This was the in the afternoon...
