Great service and huge menu! Walked in 30-45 minutes before closing desperate for a meal after a concert. The staff graciously served us despite how late we walked in and we really appreciated that so much. They were only taking orders for fried foods and pizzas so we ordered the fried brussel sprouts, chicken tenders & fries, and a spinach pizza. The fried brussel sprouts were not seasoned and a bit too fried, but the glaze and Parmesan helped! Not judging too hard though considering the situation. The chicken tenders and fries were classic freezer food fare, nothing special and definitely wouldn’t order again since this place has other fresh food to dine upon. The tenders & fries came to the table hot and plentiful though!

The main star: the spinach pizza! Hot dang, that was a stellar pizza. Toppings were perfect. Flavor was kicking. Crust had a nice crunch. LOVED it and would definitely come back to have another pizza here.

Clean bathrooms, clean tables, lots of televisions for viewing, and a cool bar area. This place rules!

Thanks so much for the hospitality on a late night. Your kitchen staff and servers deserve...

Absolutely stellar experience at the O on Lane, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Kaia! From the moment we walked in, Kaia greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was unparalleled, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was recommending the perfect dish or ensuring our drinks were topped up, Kaia went above and beyond in every aspect of service.

Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering insightful suggestions that truly enhanced our dining experience. Not only was she professional, but she also brought a level of enthusiasm and energy that made the atmosphere feel even more vibrant and welcoming.

Kaia made our visit memorable, and it's clear she is passionate about providing top-tier service. We will absolutely be back, and it’s all thanks to the incredible experience she provided. O on Lane is lucky to have her, and we are lucky to have been served by her! Highly recommend this place – and make sure to ask for Kaia for an unforgettable dining experience. 5 stars...

Seat yourself for such a high volume place is crazy..too many people waiting and looking for server to place drink order. So many dirty tables while so many potential customers waited. The ONLY REASON FOR 5 STARS WAS OUR ON POINT SERVER. SO ATTENTIVE, SUPER FAST, AND LITERALLY PERFECT. NOT ONE THING BAD I COULD SAY OF HIM I CANT REMEMBER HIS NAME AND I FEEL TERRIBLE- HE WAS GREAT. African American guy, served me and my bf on the patio- he was able to cash my $20 keno ticket for me, he ran the apps and was fast- took order promptly and checked on us. We never had to look for help or refills. He was on it without being too much. Even in the chaos and rush you stayed calm and efficient and we applaud you. You got the "it factor" that's needed to be successful in the service industry. My only advice is take that talent to an upscale place- you will make way more...

Quality has decreased a lot over time. Their Grubhub option is also not great - the nachos are supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes, but the app doesn’t give you the ability to make sure these are added on - only omit them. I ordered the nachos to go today and the lettuce and tomatoes were missing - only realized after I got back home. In the app there’s an option to omit the tomatoes, and I didn’t chose this so not sure why they weren’t included. Nachos also had barely any cheese on them. They used to put a decent amount but this time only 25% of the chips had nachos. Not worth the $11 bucks at all. Used to be a good spot, maybe the chef was different. Used to love the nachos and now they’re worse than anything you can get on campus.

Such a cute place. Gets busy. We were here at lunchtime. Lots on the menu but we decided to try the pizza. Had expected this woodfired pizza to have a char flavor but it didn’t. We had half pepperoni, half mushroom and both of us decided that it was kind of tasteless thinking the cheese overpowered it and the cheese wasn’t that flavorful either service was terrific. We would definitely go back to try something else.
