So I only go when the hot sign is on and that’s when they’re the best . So my husband and I ordered and dozen original glazed , and 2 of their strawberry chillers (which for some reason always seem to be so watery instead of slushee like) . We get to the window to pay and I noticed the total seemed a bit high for just a dozen of original glazed and two chillers. So we paid then got our change but then she tried to give us two dozen boxes of doughnuts and that’s not what we ordered. I counted the change and looked at the receipt and saw that she had charged us for the 2 dozens. So we gave her back the boxes and the change she gave us. She called up Manger to her register to get us to the correct change. So the Manger literally hands us the same change and receipt that we just got ..... as if we were going to just drive away and not count the change. Which we did (count the change) and it WAS the exact amount of change that we got in the first place ! So long story short we ended up having to go inside and I literally had to add up what we were supposed to be charged for then minus it from the amount that we handed to her to pay. She said she had to count the her register down to see that she was $10 and really 4 cent over (which was our change) and then she finally comes back to give us our $10 , I didn’t even care about the .4 at that point . Then to make it worst not only were they not apologetic for them over charging us and then making us have to come in , and I believe it was the Manger who was the one dealing with the change but I’m pregnant and all I wanted was some warm doughnuts and by the time all that was over they went as...
Read moreI went into Krispy Kreme this morning and ordered 2 small lattes, a large coffee, and 10 count donut holes. I was told to drive around in order to get my order, even though they were not busy. As the very kind young lady gave me my drinks I noticed that my receipt indicated 1 small latte and 1 medium. Respectfully, I asked if it looks like my order is wrong, she confirmed that yes you got charged for a medium and both of these are small. When I was in the store I was greeted pleasantly by the staff. I asked an employee for a refund of the difference of what I was charged and then call the assistant manager, Leonard(this is her last name I believe) This woman continues to say and belittling me in her tone talking to me like I was unable to comprehend English, that if I was sure I didn't get a medium. She continues to say they are under investigation and she needs to see the product. The employee that made the drinks then confirms that she indeed made two small ones. I watched this assistant manager put some change into the register then processed a refund, took the $4 and some change out and gave me back .52 cents and no receipt. Do yourself a favor and get yourself capable staff to run your store. The way this employee handled the situation was completely unprofessional. She is the problem in that store. Everyone else was just by standing watching her get loud all while I was respectful to everyone when I walked into the store.

Read moreWorst customer service EVER! A Friday morning, between 7:30 and 8am, I noticed the hot donut light on, so I decided to pop in to grab a dozen for the staff looking after my Mom. Unbothered by the number of parked cars, I entered the bakery fully expecting a fairly quick in and out. Once inside, I discovered more than six people SITTING and waiting. No customer moved and no employee acknowledged my presence. After a fully two minutes of being ignored, I finally asked aloud, “What’s going on here?” while pointing to the lighted hot donut sign. I very pleasant, yet clearly annoyed customer answered that she was awaiting an order for ten dozen donuts that she had ordered the night before! She further lamented that the staff had no record of the order and that the wait was causing her to be late. In light of this knowledge, along with the sight of several others ahead of me inside AND in the drive-thru, I moved toward the counter to purchase the donuts already on the line. Since no staff member ever acknowledged my presence, I walked out without a purchase. Krispy Kreme donuts are only marginally edible. Being duped by the hot donut sign and having to wait for marginally edible donuts is UNACCEPTABLE. Never again will I stop my vehicle at that location. (This is the second time I’ve experienced crappy customer service at the Veteran’s...
