KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

The pot pie I had to wait almost 25 mins for which was okay at the time but the wait was interesting they also seemed hesitant to offer the product when I ordered thru the drive thru. First I was told they were out then told me I can order it if I wanted to wait 20 mins i agreed and ordered but When I got home it tasted burnt. During my wait in their parking lot, I Had a employee come out to tell me to come in the building as I was waiting in my car to come in, she didn’t even tell me why just asked me if I could come in when I did they kept saying your food is almost done I then said I was asked to come in, is there an issue? They said no, then I asked why was I called in to the building and who called me in? No one said anything just nodding heads and I don’t knows?. I was irritated but went back to my car to sit with my child. Completely confused the heck out of me. So to continue, My large mash/gravy was overly salty and tasted burnt. Our side Mac and cheese tasted burnt we just threw it away, the chicken tenders looked like chicken fingers but my son was so hungry he didn’t care. Do not come here at night and do not leave without looking and tasting your food. The only positive was they were all respectful and they didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother even with the confusion of who called me in to get my own food. I really had high hopes for KFC earlier today but once getting my food I my hopes were crushed and not wanting to get KFC again for a while. The drive threw was always put on hold for each car for some reason, and once you got service in the drive threw they complained and tried to speed you up. I got to the window with one of the worker just handing me a drink with spilt soda all over it and not even full. They also gave me my bag of food like it was being tossed in the trash, pretty much throwing it to me. (not really but it felt that way..) I ordered a 4 piece meal and only got 3, and the chicken tenders were more like chicken balls lol... The only good thing out of this was the fries. They were pretty good. We had been to this location many times before but this time the chicken was terrible. We got the big box and thought we had a great deal until we got home and found the following:

The biscuits were hard as rocks and obviously very old. The French fries tasted like old grease. The worst part of this experience was the chicken! The outside appeared normal but when we but into the chicken it had a funny smell and taste and looked like it wasn't fully cooked. We tried to eat the chicken but couldn't stand the taste. We ended up throwing everything in the trash. We realize that every business has a bad day but we spent the rest of the day and the next basically glued to our bathroom.
