Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

Great pretzel pub chicken sandwich and they actually got it right, imagine that, I order mine with only cheese and bacon and it would amaze you how many get it wrong when it's so much easier to make them normal, maybe others just can't read or something but here never, I mean absolutely never get wrong in anyway shape or form, it's like going to the old Wendy's down town that Dave actually worked at which is a different breed, sorry to say, Especially from a die hard Wendy's man such as my self, I'll never forget Dave handing me the bag and making sure it was right before he ever even said come get it, the old down town Columbus Ohio location, the way it was always meant to be, per Dave Thomas, the real Wendy's, named after his daughter, who would time after time be there in her young yrs but doing nothing more then being Dave's trophy and seeing her dad do what would become her nestegg and at this location is still similar in most ways, try it, and like most of us Worthington people, you wont be...

I ordered a Jr. bacon biggie bag and a 4pc kids meal. The lady at the window had an attitude bc my phone would not load for me to use my card for like 10 seconds and when she asked if I wanted a drink carrier I said no but give me one second my phone won’t load. She closed the window as I was explaining that to her then when she reopened it to take my payment she said “so would you like a drink carrier or not” with an attitude. She then proceeds to SHOVE the bags of food into my hand. Old and bitter. No one told her to apply or interview or even accept the offer for the job. Quite frankly she’s too old to have such poor customer service. On another note all the food was good except my Jr bacon m. It had lettuce with black spots in it all withered. The bacon and burger were NOT thoroughly cooked or even cooked all the way. I threw out the entire burger. The attitude met with the poor food quality. No thanks I won’t...

We did not want to go to WC lounge so we stopped at the Wendy's across from Graceland shopping center. I was going to try the black bean burger but I changed my mind so I ordered their bourbon barbecue burger and my husband ordered the single we both made them combo meals, now I should have went ahead and ask for no salt on the fries that way I know I would have received hot fries, but I did not and once again we were served warm fries. The burgers neither one was hot off the grill they were both warm like they were microwaved to melt the cheese and even that was done wrong. I tell you to make your order a custom order so that you can get a hot meal this happens at this place quite often no matter what shift you go to, I don't know what to say about this particular Wendy's.
