Wing Master — Restaurant in Columbus

Left my work at 12:00PM on the dot to go and pick my food up, which i work 5 minutes from them. I got there and received my 2 orders of chicken fingers and fries. The fries were fine once i got back to the office, but the chicken however was not. all 6 chicken tenders were raw. i called up there and they said to bring it back and they would replace it. so i jumped back in my car and headed back up there for the second time. When i arrived they checked the chicken and told me they were going to replace it. i waited and received 6 new chicken fingers. Not thinking those would be raw, i jumped in my car and headed back to work as i have now wasted 45 minutes of my hour lunch break, just trying to get cooked chicken. When i arrived back a the office the chicken was steaming hot but we checked every tender and the chicken was raw AGAIN. We then proceeded to call again and was rudely told that we were the only customers complaining on the chicken and that the cook cooked it longer so it shouldn't be raw. We then proceeded to tell her that all 12 tender were raw and we can not and will not eat them. She agreed after a few minutes on the phone to refund us our money, so we went back up there for the third time and she was evaluating the chicken like we were not telling the truth. it was obvious that we pulled the chicken apart to check to see if it was raw but we did not eat any of it, because obviously it was raw and still pink. She finally returned our money after an hour gone of our lunch break that we wasted trying to get cooked food. We eat here a lot due to it being so close to work but we will not be returning to this restaurant. 10/10...

This was my go to spot, but since there is one on Macon rd... I haven't been in a long time. I went to order food and there was someone at the front counter taking orders with a mask on coughing. Covering her mouth with her hand. She didnt take my order, but she was handling food. I asked the other cashier to grab my food. The owners/management should be ashamed ofy having her work like that! Should've sent that baby home bc you could tell she wasn't feeling good. One of the owner's or their family could've jumped in & helped after sending her home... they weren't doing anything but on the phone! Terrible management and I will...

The wings were good and fried hard just like I like them, great sauce on the wings just one small complaint is that there wings were tiny and that's why I gave it ⭐⭐⭐ but over all very good place and there Philly steak and cheese was really good packed full of meat and their fries were good as well drinks were good to, not all places have good tasting sodas because not all places clean there machines correctly or at all but there's was on point.
