Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Columbus

I was visiting this location from out of town. I stopped by on July 19 and my first experience wasn’t that great. I saw several female workers playing with their hair then handling food. The customer service was very blah.

I got back to visit today, July 20 and my experience was worse. I asked for extra sauce because I was only given two for 2 meals with 3 fingers each. I was told it was .25 each. I was baffled so I asked for a sauce for my 3 tacos. The crew member (Demetria) told me it was still .25. I asked why would it be? She walked away as I was talking to her. The manager came back and I was telling him how the crew member walked away. The crew member yelled around the corner “I sure did”. It escalated quickly because you don’t talk to a customer that way. The manager gave me another sauce. I wanted to be sure to write this review as this was a horrible visit. These teens lack respect. Do better Zaxby’s!

This Zaxbys is the worst I’ve ever been too. I love Zaxbys and go to them all the time. But this location in Columbus, is by far the worst. I try to order through the App to cut down on wait time but seem to always wait longer than the person behind me that placed an order through the speaker. ALWAYS missing something, usually the condiments. Fries are usually soggy, sweet tea not as good as other locations. And the staff has terrible attitudes. Whenever I go inside to get an issue fixed, the employees look at me with what seems like hate and that I’m their biggest inconvenience. Always have to wait forever. I do not think I have received my food and my missing items within 20 minutes. Management needs to sit down and get their team to work better together! This could be a...

0 stars. My order came without my drinks and my food came with soggy fries even though i called and asked about my order to be told that they were waiting for the fries to come out the fryer. Extremely poor service. Do not recommend ordering from here. My wings also were not nuclear wings as I had specified them to be in my order or boneless. The restaurant does close at 9pm but good customer service should be expected no matter what time you order your meal before closing. The order seemed to just be thrown together at last minute with no concern for the customer satisfaction or quality for the meal received. Poor service.
