Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

If I could give 0 I would. ESTHER IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. When we placed our order a month ago I had the pleasure of having the mistake remedied by the district manager.... we placed an online order here and they sat their trying to confirm it for an hour while they were closed. The district manager had even gone as far as giving me her phone number when I drove to the Dominos across town to get the order from them instead. They compped me some lava cakes and I was given a discount on my meal. Unfortunately tonight after placing an order successfully and waiting and being told 45 minute to an hour, we waited an hour and a half before calling and being told it would be another 45 to an hour. After saying how completely un acceptable that was as I have two daughters who were hungry, all Esther could apparently do was offer me 5$ off the 50$ order that was going to be 2 and a half hours.... after I tried to educate Esther on customer service she then proceeded to say that no one does free pizza since the 80s...... which is a lie.... but okay let's make me and my family never go to another Dominos EVER again. To make things better, when I asked for the district managers number because I had lost it,Esther refused to give it to me and continued to tell me my order was cancelled and to had to go elsewhere. If you tell someone on the phone 45 minutes to an hour it should be that... not 2 and a half times longer when girls have school and a bed time. Thankfully Arby's on Gull road was open and we all had not only great food, we also got amazing customer service from the whole team. Thank you arbys for at least making the night better, we will neverver go to this restaurant again. .. and beware the angry delivery driver John..... he gets mad if you live upstairs and asks very harshly "Want a Job?!" 2nd time in less than a month they have messed up my order by giving me the wrong food.1st time ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza, smelled green peppers as I put pizza in car to run into dollar tree for drinks. My car stunk of green peppers checked pizza to see why and it was some veggie pizza. Returned it to the store my correct pizza was on the rack they took the pizza I brought back and put it back on the rack to give to the right customer. How nasty, they don't know what I could've done to that pizza.Today I again ordered online, the tracker said pizza was ready, came in 3 minutes later and was told I had a wait. While waiting someone dropped the sandwiches and I had to wait longer for 2 more sandwiches to be made. Came back in to get order made it home, neither sandwich was cut. While cutting 1 had sauce on the knife, i ordered 2 bacon ranch subs and was given 1 chicken parmesan. Called the store was hung up on instead of being put on hold. When went in the store with wrong sub, two managers were there neither apologized, offered some type of credit or anything. They went in the back and could be heard laughing while I waited 10 minutes for my correct food. Order was suppose to be done at 6pm I finally was able to eat at 7:15 and not with the rest of my party who had food...

I've never left a bad review in my life but I placed an order and was told 28 minutes. After I got there it said 40 minutes. 40 minutes later I came in and was told 12 more minutes. 12 minutes later I came in and was told 8 more minutes. They then couldn't find my order and the whole time my 4 year old is SCREAMING for food. The entire time my kid was screaming for food, im being told my food is almost done. I never wound up even getting my food be ause they told me 7 more minutes but didn't trust or believe that. It's not 830 and my daughter hasn't had anything to eat yet because they kept telling me the food was almost done. I got my money back, but I even tipped the workers after paying for absolutely nothing and didn't get that back. I'm very beyond upset and don't even think just getting my money back is enough to make this situation right. If you don't know anything about an order, do not consistently tell someone their food is almost done...
