Crumbl — Restaurant in Concord

I find all the NH locations have the same Crumbl quality in the cookies made, pretty good. This location I find the cookies always come out with a 3rd grade presentation. And the continually changing staff is huffy and puffy towards constructive criticism when they ask “How do they look”…and frankly they don’t even always identify with the display cookie. the display cookies are usually a grade B look from the corporate cookie and then the frosting on the cookies your paying for come out looking hardly like the specialty cookies (a majority of the time). A Boston crème cookie- okay, doesn’t get a quarter size amount of chocolate frosting on a 5 inch cookie, when the cookie they’re making is covered in chocolate. Hard to tell you’re getting what you asked for. That’s one example. Waiting for this place...

I was excited when I saw this place. I walked in and two people were there. I'm unaware of the place so it's all new to me. No one said hi or how are you or how can I help you or have you been here before or anything. Not a single acknowledgment that I walked in. So, I go to the screen to see what they do and how everything works. The prices of the cookies are more expensive than I expected and the worst part was, I was getting a new debit card so all i had was cash and it seems like all they use as NFC tap to pay or a card to use to swipe I believe. I don't know if it took cash bc no one even talked to me so I just walked out. Sad experience. I was hoping for a good one but I never even got the chance. Could be a fluke....

This location vs. Newington/Portsmouth is night and day. I frequent Portsmouth Crumbl but was in Concord last week, so stopped here for a 6pack. 10-minute parking is conveniently in the front. Upon entrance, I noted the carry out screen was either not working or turned off. 3 people working. I was the only customer. Never greeted. Stood there for a couple mins. A young guy walked up with my box, opened it, briefly looked me in the eye, and said my name. I confirmed my name and that was the interaction.
