I prefer Hannaford over the other grocery stores in town due to the selection and honestly, the width of the aisles. I'd rather pay a little more than deal with the ridiculous maneuvering required to squeeze through the Market Basket aisles. That being said, the produce section needs serious work. Every other time I shop here they're completely out of cilantro and I'm beginning to get very frustrated that I can't rely on them to restock it quickly. The shelf they dedicate to it is very small considering how busy this store is, what's up with that? I've also had problems with produce going bad very quickly. I've never had this happen at a grocery store and it happens consistently here. One more thing is that they never have enough checkout lanes open.
