A Savory Start to the Day at Einstein Bros. Bagels
I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast, and I can't help but share my positive experience. Here's my review:
Atmosphere (3/5): Einstein Bros. Bagels had a casual and welcoming atmosphere. The smell of freshly baked bagels wafting through the air was a delightful greeting as I walked in. It's the perfect place for a quick morning bite or a relaxed catch-up with friends except there’s no place to dine in.
Service (3.5/5): The staff was friendly and efficient in taking my order. They patiently explained the menu options and made sure I had everything I needed. The service was swift, which is essential for a breakfast spot when you're on the go.
Menu (3/5): What impressed me the most was the extensive menu. Einstein Bros. Bagels offers a wide variety of bagels, cream cheese spreads, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee options. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or looking for something unique, they have you covered.
Food (4/5): I ordered the "Everything Bagel" with bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese for my breakfast sandwich, along with a hazelnut coffee. The bagel was fresh, and the combination of ingredients was simply delicious. The bagel had the perfect chewiness and was generously topped with "everything" seasoning. The coffee was robust and provided the caffeine boost I needed to start the day.
Value (4/5): While Einstein Bros. Bagels is slightly more expensive than your average fast-food breakfast joint, the quality and taste of their offerings justify the price. Plus, the portion sizes were substantial, ensuring you get your money's worth.
Overall Experience (3.5/5): Einstein Bros. Bagels delivers on its promise of serving fresh, tasty bagels and breakfast items. Whether you're a bagel enthusiast or just looking for a satisfying morning meal, this place is a solid choice. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and a mouthwatering menu make it a go-to spot for breakfast cravings.
I wholeheartedly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels for a savory start to your day. It's a reliable and enjoyable spot to satisfy your bagel cravings and kickstart your...
Read moreI asked server if she can change gloves due to so understaffed she had to ring up person in front of me using register. Not sure if I was getting punished for that or the young server that was working on the call ahead order, or other guy multi-tasking that finished my order with the creamcheese but close to non-existent cream cheese on 2 bagels. Been there 10 times . Gobs of it is norm. There was about a tbs, comparable to if using jelly or butter. Didnt notice till we drove away. Not worth the trip back as it took half an hour in the store for 2 bagels. Totally understand they are understaffed like everywhere these days. Just felt it's good hygiene to change them after using the cash register. Einstein let's you call ahead and with their many time consuming egg sandwhich options, they had 1 person just busy with that. So good for the call ahead people not good for the people in the store, especially if all you want is a couple of bagels. They were all multitasking except for the young kid doing the phone orders I was in there for a good half an hour and didnt see any gloves change. owner, if you cant get more help possibly suspend the call ahead business I felt bad for the people behind the counter, even if it was done purpose which I suspect it was. I mean it is a bagel and cream cheese place after all. I heard one of them say they ran out of eggs. A customer brought them over an empty jug of coffee in the midst of all the busyness. They are trying to make coffee restock the bagels run the cash register make complicated sandwiches with all sorts of choices cooking bacon, cooking eggs. While the line keeps on growing with potentially frustrated customers. Once I got my 2 cream cheese less Bagels, I was at the counter a good 3 minutes before somebody came to cash me out. 2 now busy with making time consuming breakfast sandwiches that were Supposedly called in. Because all the eight people that were ahead of me...

Hello
I work a 430a shift twice a week, I typically will order from Einstein in Concord NH those days because I have always been happy with my food. Last Wednesday (8/30) i placed an order through doordash around 6a when the restaurant opened. After watching the delivery time push back a few times, I received a notification that the store could not complete my order, with no explanation. I ordered Thursday morning same time, a small wait for an available driver but was able to get my order. Today (9/6) I again placed an order around the same time. I received a text from my dasher saying the doors were locked when he arrived ay 630a and was told they couldnt complete my order. He asked for a reason and was told "we just cant make the order" (sandwich, hash browns and a couple drinks). About 15 minutes later i received a call from DoorDash saying the restaurant canceled my order and when doordash contacted the store for an explanation, the restaurant hung up on doordash....... this is awful on a few levels. Someone needs to find out what is going on in this restaurant on Wednesday mornings and correct the problem. I will not be trying to order from this location again, which is very...
